I know its kats own fault for having an affair with Derek in the first place but she should have fought for Alfie from the off ! instead of letting Roxi get her claws into him.

just experienced something weird in the latest episode on BBC Entertainment - 27 Dec episode - do the writers know something we don't - so after watching it on the telly, I checked on youtube - it's a 1 hr episode - and it takes place approx. 31 min into the episode - which as far as I know was filmed early November 2012: anyway, Jay is eating together with Patrick:

Patrick: what do you do for meals anyway?
    Jay: take whatever
Patrick: you know, when I was your age I could eat a horse
    Jay: I can’t afford a horse
Patrick: I don’t know – the burgers you get at McClunkys they come pretty close

Re: the Kat / Roxy storyline for next week. In real life, adults really don't resort to slapping and hitting each other! I do worry that the many children who watch the show will believe that this is normal behavior, and it isn't. Please tone it down a bit for future storylines.

    Hi Dazman
sorry, but you have to go to youtube - coz this was the Dec 27 episode - I live in Denmark and it wasn't shown here, on BBC Entertainment, until Monday 11th Feb - but once I heard I checked again on youtube - and - had heard right ... weird an'all - coz must have been filmed very early November (I was outside the studios on 23rd October - and it later turned out they did Dec 25 - the big drama - that day - and some of the actors hadn't even changed clothes when they came out (Abby, Joey, Morgan and Tyler - still wore the same clothes the did at the xmas lunch - some of the other had a coat on - so couldn't see - and pitty I didn't know about Kirsty, coz I may have seen her that day, not knowing ..

After how selfish Kat has been by cheating on Alfie, she won't even let him move on and be happy. She doesn't love anyone. She's only after the forbidden fruit, and once she's had it, she loses interest in it and looks for the next fruit/victim. Alfie should pull himself together and not jeopardise his relationship with Roxy for a slut like Kat. He shouldn't be such a fool and keep getting hurt. As the saying goes, 'Once a cheater, always a cheater'.

Nina Wadia and Jacqueline Jossa really deserve the best actor award. They are so natural and brilliant! Although Masood deserves better than Zainab, her departure was painful to watch. Masood is better off with someone closer to his age, as he needs someone who's compatible with him.

Alfie really must pull himself together and stay away from Kat, as he shouldn't be risking his relationship with Roxy for an ungrateful and unscrupulous Kat.

Although Masood can do better than Zainab, it was still sad watching her go. Waiting to see whom he dates now. He should pick someone his own age as he needs someone who's compatible with him.

Do you think anyone from the Eastenders back office staff, writers, producers and so on, actually read any of these comments. I bet not. I bet they all live in cocoon's, away from the real world.
