Rook
Don't ask how we're getting these. If you don't know The Department of Domestic Defence can't ask... and you do not want to be interrogated by Rook and co.

Here's the latest email images, direct from The DoDD desktop.

We're worried, quite frankly.

Things seem to be going from bad to worse to desperate for Rook... how far will a man with no friends, family or romantic interests go either defend himself or - worse - get revenge?

So this e-mail mentions Emrys (S4), and Sykes (S2) :)
And is it Rook who's stole the dog, or is Alex planning more revenge?

Anyone else wonder how Rook knows all this? Do you think we'll ever meet the sources who are giving him the information?

Aww, loving the reference to Sykes and how he finally got some peace, very nice :) And who exactly are Rook's "supernatural informants"?

And ROFL at the dog abduction, marvelous XD

Hehehe I said on yesterdays blog that he'd be 'mortified' and he was. Wonder what's going to happen to Titi ? XD Alistair really hasn't got a clue has he?

@nerdyalice Alistair really has no clue, and I think he doesn't really want to know.

And does anyone else get the feeling that Alistair let him off way to easy about the EMail Alex sent? xD

HA HA HA HA HA .....loving these emails.....and love the way that Dominic *cough* (Sarah Dollard) is making links back to characters in previous series. So happy to hear that Sykes may have finally felt able and safe to go through his door and meet his men *wipes tears from my eyes*

But poor Dominic is now clearly on the edge....kidnapping little Titi....oh noooooos. Will he give Titi back? Will MI5 storm Dominic's house?..Is Titi in reality a shapeshifter?.....

can't wait for the next instalment!

These emails are just brilliant. I was laughing all the way through. Anyone else got a feeling that Allistair won't be getting Titi back?
I can't wait to see the rest of the emails.
Allistair did let Rook off VERY easily after Alex's email

Rook is not having the best of times - Here he is trying to keep everything going and things keep going down hill.

You'd think someone had it in for him.

These are brilliant e-mails! I burst out laughing at the threatening note at the end and the Rook's reaction to the e-mail that Alex sent Alistair. Pure Genius. Though, this doesn't really sound like Dominic Rook. I can't imagine him stealing a dog. But then again, he is VERY desperate.

And I also have to agree with 0positiv and Nerdyalice. He can interrogate me all he wants... ;)

@0postiv He let him off very lightly, didn't he? Makes you wonder whether he was so affected in the first place...

I'm so glad Sykes found peace, it's nice to imagine him in the afterlife enduring *ahem, I mean enjoying* a bit of Gilbert fun ;)

11@Dorina. I'd love to see a slo-mo fight scene between Rook and MI5 as they storm his house, as he just casually takes them all out with his pen skills...

Fab emails! Linking back to past characters is a neat touch. @5 Opositiv I'm happy that Sykes found forgiveness- he blamed himself too much (yes I have a soft spot for him, its the RAF uniform ;-D ).

@10 Opositiv I think Alistair's not let Rook off too easy for the email, as he explained that it was due to his account being hacked, but he has let him off easy for the security breach! Though I liked how Rook couldn't resist lecturing him on type 1s.

I noticed that Alistair's 1st email has the subject Re: A confession, did Alex send another email?

Dognapping Titi is very desperate and with that amateurish looking ransom demand, I'm not sure that it is Rook and I can't wait find out. I love the idea of Titi being a shapeshifter, Dorina.

And who/ what are Rooks sources, he does seem to know a lot?

17@Little_Blue_Star yes, Sykes deserves a happy end :) maybe Alistair isn't too bothered by a security reach in a place he's shutting down anyway? And he does seem terribly clueless about what exactly he's shutting down. He didn't know about vampires' problems with CCTV or about the different types...doesn't seem like he actually tried to understand what Rook does for a living...dumb move that.

given the ease of a ghost getting past security.. maybe a ghost is behind these Rookileaks?

No, don't hurt Titi, she is an innocent (and very cute) little dog! Murdering people with pens, setting vampires on their relatives, all justifiable.. but dognapping? Now that is crossing a line!!
