We can't possibly comment on this classified information but we can speculate that a lot of supernatural incidents will surely be exposed without those men in grey at hand to manage the publicity around them.

    Wonderful emails..whose idea was that, I wonder? Loved the references to Regus and Michaela whom I had totally forgotten about (bad fan) and especially Bernie and Fleur. Whom I had actually remembered. The phlebotomist bit was a touch of genius. Surely those recruited children should have been called the Bloody Bunch although it doesn't have quite the same ring to it or sound like the Brady Bunch but, hey, at least I tried. I've yet to keep track of all the vids from this blog but I'm sure they're going to be just as good as before and I can't wait to get aroundto seeing them. I am saddened that Being Human is coming to an end but I guess all good things come to an end. We've had such a hoot over the last five years and have such great memories of meeting other supporters of the show, some of the cast and crew. It's been a great atmosphere and the fans are hugely grateful for the hard graft gone into making Being Human by everyone connected with it, cast and crew alike. I've personally had an amazing time and I'm sure others have too. Damien once told a small group of us he was amazed by the long-term friendships that had sprung up and it's true, they really have. So thanks again to all involved, past and present, for writing, funding, directing, producing and being involved in this incredible series. I hope the BBC can find something of equal calibre to 'replace' it.

    Well how much fun was that? Thanks Steve for posting!

    Do we know we aren't getting a sixth series? I did think that LT only being *in it* might indicate that this was the last. Don't know why though. I do hope I'm wrong.

    @fifi- completely agree! There HAS to be some backstory. Also I agree with saint, is he in charge of the department completely himself or is he taking orders from someone? And if so... who? Also... no more future seasons, waahh! I thought s4 might be our last, so at least I'm super grateful that we're getting s5!!

    Love these emails. Great to hear that Bernie and Fleur are doing well, and that Regus and Michaela are fulfilling their potential.....'poetry killings' - of course!
    Not sure that Mr Rook (can't bring myself to call him Dominic!) is really interested in public safety. Offering to release Hetty, but protesting that 'monsters' need to be controlled, veiled threats against the home secretary, and an excellent piece of penmanship (and I don't mean the emails....) suggest someone with their own agenda.
    Personally I'd be sunk without my exclaimation marks......no?....sorry!!!

    Yeay, blogposts coming thick and fast at the moment...
    Lots to catch up on and these emails are great!
    Lovely back stories on Bernie and the Broody bunch and Regus and miss Thompson.

    And Domestic Dominic sending these very 'persuasive' emails to the home secretary. Spot on !!! Made me LAUGH OUT LOUD !

    And poor Giles just doing his job and left out of the loop.

    Well done and I hope for some more treats in store !
    x

    Was there a Bishop in the pilot Saint? I thought he was still called Herrick just a different actor. I know the Herrick-like character in the US remake was called Bishop?

    I wonder if we will get to meet Miss Bellerose and Titania the dog - Rook doesn't sound like he has the best intentions towards them but he couldn't do anything to them himself it would be too obvious! maybe he will try to put the cat among the pigeons so to speak (keeping with the metaphor theme here!) small animals were on Hal's list weren't they

    @earlyrose
    Maybe the problem with Rook is that he cannot really die. Wondering if and when we will meet characters known as Knight and Bishop... do not forget there was a Bishop in the original pilot, if I remember???
