Like a snowball of excitement on a snowy mountain of supernatural awesomeness, events are picking up momentum as we approach the new series of Being Human. And yes, you are justified in calling the metaphor police, but don't just yet because we have news...

We're releasing the first teaser trails for BH3.

First up we have Annie giving us a hint of her ghostly powers, followed by George and Nina's meaty teaser tomorrow and Mitchell's vampishly dark teaser on Thursday.

The main trailer combining all three of these unique setups will be released very early in the new year, complete with all the behind the scenes action from the shoot.

If you want to see Annie's trailer in all it's glory tune into BBC Three at 8pm tonight for it's first showing on television. And don't forget to share your thoughts in the comments below...

    Can't wait!

  • Comment number 2.

So is Annie going to work in a Library? Books important some how. so much to guess at well not that but so much to think about, a little to think about then. well a scene, maybe.

    thanks BHP

  • Comment number 3.

SQUEEEEEEEE! What a wonderful present! Thankyou BHP! *hugz one and all* MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! I hope its a good one wherever you are, whomever you're with and whatever you're doing. :D

Aww, Annie looks so sad in that wonderfully gothic library. And "The Marriage of Heaven And Hell"? Is there a hint in the book title, I wonder...

    :D KC

  • Comment number 4.

So it's a hint to powers right so improved Telekinesis

'The marriage of Heaven and Hell' well considering where she was that's the book to read unless - Angel and Demon Pure and sullied - yes to those that want that possibility I was alluding to Annie and Mitchell possibility.

Also as her powers increase she must learn not to use them without thinking?

will work on some more out there and bizarre theories before the next one.

Now do I want the werewolves next because I like werewolves more or Mitchell because waiting for the werewolves would make it sweeter.

decisions decisions. Meaty sells it Werewolves please.

For those wondering about the music, it's Can't Keep It In by Cat Stevens. This is the track that will feature in each teaser and will be the soundtrack to the longer trailer due in the new year.

  • Comment number 6.

Thanks for that BHP now we know the Howl replacement You tube here we come to hear full length.

  • Comment number 7.

Wooh BHProduction thank you ..and the real thing on at 8pm tonight? I am soooo getting swept away 'like a snowball of excitement on a snowy mountain of supernatural awesomeness' (kinda love that Mr P btw!)

So Annie is reading The Marriage of Heaven and Hell..well we know that Hell is in store for her....wonder if the 'marriage' of H & H alludes to her life on return to Mitchell, George, Nina ...and others..?

wasn't going to come online again after weds due to being snowed in with family, but I'm not missing Mitchell on Thursday!

Finally received my copy of SFX magazine today with great BH article. Many spoilers although most of them some of us had already predicted with the hint of something we'd thought about. There was one big surprise in it though that none of us to my knowledge had considered....if you love spoilers you'll need to read that article!

  • Comment number 8.

Yay! I'm so excited! Shame I'm going out tonight and won't be able to see the trailer "live" at 8pm. I'll try to record it though.

I'm STILL waiting for my SFX magazine. I think someone's going to have to tell me what the article says...in detail!

    Thanks BH production

  • Comment number 9.

Ooooooooh! Exciting stuff! I can't wait to see the rest of them! Hopefully I can nab the tv at 8 to see it live! :) Thanks Mr P and BHProd! :)

I really love the song choice as well - I wonder who gets to decide which one to use?

Also, another point about the books/library - in the Bad Blood novel, whenever Annie reads a book, the contents changes to include her (I think the main example used was A Christmas Carol). There are also random intervals of "Annie, we're coming to get you" - perhaps this will link in somehow? To show that there's no escaping from the men with sticks and rope? Especially if Annie IS rescued, maybe they'll try to catch her? ... Not sure if any of that made sense, but I hope you get the idea!

joooos [8] - I haven't received SFX either :( I think the entire article maaay have been posted on the BH LiveJournal community, but I haven't had chance to check yet.

  • Comment number 10.

Love it! Its beautiful. Is the outfit different or is it just the light?

  • Comment number 11.

Im so excited now the trailers are getting aired =D

Annie with shorter hair looks lovely!

Cant wait to see the other two trailers & saving the best till last =P

Thank you sooooo much BH Blog Team, your keeping us sain until our fave show is back on the telly

  • Comment number 12.

Lol Working in the library?? No i think this is just showing you she is holding one book and by holding one her spiritual stregnth will be on a big scale. Or! over on the (apparent) dead side they are really, really pi*sed.

  • Comment number 13.

I imagine she just went into a library to research on it. Like many people would i guess??

  • Comment number 14.

And Lol 'Laurar' it's the same outfit.. Don't forget in according to this programme they don't ever have a change of outfit. take the two other old ghost for examples. from 60's or whatever decade and the army guy

  • Comment number 15.

This trailer is really rather beautiful. Thank you for putting on fb. I'm looking forward to the others even more now (thank goodness I can see Beeb3)!

  • Comment number 16.

perhaps 17 seconds is a little too short even for a teaser trailer

  • Comment number 17.

okay 30 seconds is a bit longer but it is only 17 seconds on facebook

  • Comment number 18.

okay i was right the first time

  • Comment number 19.

Oh Sean careful about correcting my joke statement because that allows me to point out Gilbert from 1985 and Sykes the Air force Pilot from WW2.

There is also the phrase throwing the rule book at the rule breakers.

  • Comment number 20.

wait 'throwing the rule book' at the rule breakers, forgot the quotation marks

  • Comment number 21.

ok Thanks Ewan. lol you win.

  • Comment number 22.

Obsessiveness pays off. still nearly 8 now

  • Comment number 23.

Hehe! - they do make subtle little changes with Annies outfits though, unless I've dreamed it...

  • Comment number 24.

What a lovely Christmas treat - thanks for posting so quickly on Facebook, as I'm one of those "exotic international types."

  • Comment number 25.

By gum - just watched it on bbc3. I squealed.

  • Comment number 26.

Seemed the same thing on BBC three as well nothing new, still trailer awesome.

  • Comment number 27.

This is exciting times hehe love it! And Annie's hair looks so different, but lovely all the same.

And that book could mean so many things! Or just be something really obvious like someone being so angelic being sent to hell. I do like the idea it could be Annie/Mitchell related though ;P

The music, I think will be a grower. It's not as hauntingly good as howl, but I'm no complaining lol! Can't wait to see the rest!

  • Comment number 28.

Saw the trailer on BBC three, with my sister, who knows about the book apparently. She says that it talks about there being only eternity after death, which to most, is a hell in itself. Yeah, shes a nerd.

    Thought that might be useful.

  • Comment number 29.

Oooh iknz - thats valuable knowledge right there and means a lot to us nerds :) you beauty!

Haham - are you suggesting a marriage of Annie and Mitchell?!!?? I dont think my heart could take it! hahahahaha

  • Comment number 30.

Aye good one Inkz! Was nearly googling the book, but now I don't need to!

Hehe, I was just hoping for a get together but a marriage I could do!

  • Comment number 31.

Laurar are you referring to post 4 per chance?

  • Comment number 32.

If it is a contract that must be made then I'm not to sure about the Myths but I think that in order for the contract with death another contract must already exist.

After all it's always after a lover that the heroes journey to Hades.

A small question on the vows though

'and forsaking all others as long as you both shall erm...exist'

  • Comment number 33.

My sister found her copy of The Marriage of Heaven and Hell and tried to get me to understand it. It didn't work.
    It sounded nice though.

  • Comment number 34.

I am so sad that I was not able to watch the trailer because I live in the State... We are a season behind watching it via BBC America. I can't believe that another network is remaking the series in an "American Format". Either way I will be watching the Original Series even though we are a bit behind.

  • Comment number 35.

don't worry John there's always facebook or youtube one trailer two then three

  • Comment number 36.

HI!! Is there anyplace else on the web these trailers will be posted? I can't watch them on the blog or on facebook because they won't "play in my are". Some sainted human put Annies messages on you tube, or I wouldn't have been able to see them either! Someone, please take pity on the fans outside of the UK and help us keep up! In this case, being in the dark is NOT fun!! :)

  • Comment number 37.

BHProduction thanks for putting it on facebook for all to see.

Teaser is right! Only a few seconds really but it brings up so many guesses as to the meanings of the library, the book, and the short hair (very cute by the way). Now I can't wait for the next one.

The teaser doesn't give us a start date though :(

  • Comment number 38.

Sorry to hear that Slcannard I was able to watch it on facebook in the video section.

  • Comment number 39.

=*( when can people in my area see the videos? and annie's other sidely ones as well? i feel all left out and stuff!

  • Comment number 40.

is this another case of invisibility post 35 YOUTUBE it's up there the same 'sainted human' as you put it in the following post, put the teaser on YOUTUBE -proceeds to wave hands in front of faces to see what happens -

  • Comment number 41.

I Cannot wait for it, this trailer doesnt show much :( cant wait for mitchells trailer :)

  • Comment number 42.

Think they've done it again with the music! Always associated St Petersburg with s1 (running away/denial), Howl genius for s2 (a journey to hell), and Can't Keep It In (more accepting, love?). Hope I'm not the only one who loves the choice.

  • Comment number 43.

Excellent, just what we've been waiting for! Good to see the trailers back again...now looking forward to The Date, which I hope is going to be released to us soon *hint, hint*. Saw George and Nina's on TV last night...both of them looking gorgeous! Loved the sound of the raw meat hitting the tray and them looking up in reaction to it. Annie looking fab as always...intrigued by the book title as so many of us are! Can't wait for Mitchell's today...do we get a fourth one, or are there just three, BH Production? Didn't know if there was one with Jason Watkins in...just wondered! The music seems a little incongruous to me but no doubt I'll warm to it and always relate it to BH now that I've heard it. I remember it being played on the radio a few times as a teen, to my shame!

Thanks so much for the hard work and time put into this BHP...looking forward to BH3 muchly now!xxxx

  • Comment number 44.

Hooray! So great to see these little glimpses. And to see Annie in less dire straits than in her broadcasts!
