Check this out - Lloyd from the CenSSA website (The Centre for the Study of Supernatural Activity ) has revealed himself and his aims for the first time, with what he promises to be the first of many video broadcasts.

"Don't worry, I'm not mad, but I am enthusiastic" he claims in the video, before detailing the traits of what to look for when spotting vampires, werewolves and ghosts. Or, as he calls them, "Type 1s, Type 2s and Type 3s".

He's promising more video and picture evidence soon, and has already published a selection of photographic evidence on CenSSA - http://www.censsa.co.uk/

    Lol nutcase. nuf said.

  • Comment number 2.

And clarly doesnt know what hes on about but good drawing of mitchell :-P

  • Comment number 3.

'Hello, my name is Lloyd and I am.....bonkers'

Ether that or I have a few friends ( and relatives) who might be type 3....

You're having such fun with his BHTeam!

Oh, and why do you always produce a new blog vid as soon as I've got round to posting on the previous one? Type 21 Paranoid but charming women

  • Comment number 4.

Unsure what to make of that!!

Hi D again...thanks for the DM btw...I think I'm type 22...quite sane really though has a penchant for gorgeous Irish vampire-types, chairs, furry chest and a whole host of stuff we can't discuss here...Lloyd, you'll find a lot of Type 22's here..

Thanks BH PROD...it was useful in letting us know who Lloyd is...he's not actually going to be in S2 is he...please, no....

  • Comment number 5.

his voice is quite soothing to listen to... :p

and he's very interested in 'poltergeists', oh dear, Annie!

  • Comment number 6.

BH PROD: Are there clues in these CenSSA blog posts or are they just up for us to look at and mull over? If there were clues as to what might/might not be happening/appearing in S2 it'd be great...or is it just a bit of fun and nothing else...

  • Comment number 7.

^^I think the fact that he's said he's interested in poltergeists may be relevant.....and the vampire drawing looked a little mitchell-esque....not sure though

  • Comment number 8.

Sounds interesting - thanks BHProd for another treaty video.

Had a laugh at work today, it was secret santa exchange - i dipped out because some people were off sick so my two friends made me a bad santa gift. googled images of 'Adian Turner' downloaded the hotest one and laminated it for me - only it was Aidan Davenge who plays Aidan Turner on All My Children! i laughed so hard it was brilliant but the thought was fantastic of them.

have now doctored the poster with an AT improsed head of the other's body - still something to drool over when i'm bored! lol

  • Comment number 9.

Ah but Devonshiregirl...Aiden Deavene(?) doesn't have the body of the beautiful one ( I know this having studied it carefully from Des Roms and The Clinic for my vids....and for no other purpose you understand...) so ..nope...superimposing head on body won't do it..check out new poster from BhProductions ( see twitter)for new pic of our man...grrrrhhhhh!

    Oh..there's a new vid....

Well hello Lloyd...it seems noone is sending you any love at the moment so I will...providing you let me have total access to the type 1 known as John Mitchell when you manage to capture him in your strange machine..I promise...I won't let him go...

  • Comment number 10.

That drawing of Mitchell....I'm sure I could improve on it....I have a life drawing class in mind with Aidan as the model...it's been a while since I did life drawing...the last time was when I was at Art School with 2 guys I went to school with...the male model stripped off, I never batted an eyelid and they went all colours of the sunset poor guys..

  • Comment number 11.

'Hello, my name is Lloyd and I am.....going to end up the same way as Daniel Arthur Llewellyn did'

    (Google it)

nudge nudge wink wink eh guys

  • Comment number 12.

Loved the video on the CenSSA website!!! Lloyd telling us all we're part of a big secret- EE can't wait for the second series now! honestly can't wait!
The vampire captured on camera by the outline of the rain aswell- clever. Verryyyy clever!!
oh and BHprod- I didn't get a ticket email (cries) Nobody give me any spoilers!! and someone get a Russell hug on my behalf please! (will need video evidence!) :)
    xxx

  • Comment number 13.

Lionesskeeper:..errr bit obscure...are we talking DW context?

  • Comment number 14.

Brown you're totally right (as always) but the print room wouldn't let me laminate another one - at least they know for next time!

  • Comment number 15.

    Hi folks...hello Dorina, Devonshiregirl, BNTW..

Has anyone noticed, if they get on to the "website" via the link above and scroll down to the picture of a Type 1 (vampire) supposedly standing in the rain outside of a house...that you'll see 2 figures, not just the one...check it out..I'm sure I'm not imagining it....

  • Comment number 16.

Oh I love Lloyd. I want to join him in his geek out vlogging.
"No.. don't imagine it as orange squash." Hehe.

Really, really liking the extra dimension to the series. :)

  • Comment number 17.

    He's certainly got me intrigued

  • Comment number 18.

Anglo - all I saw in that picture was a cyberman lol

I can't decide whether I like this or not :-S but thats more personal opinion I still think it's great that they're adding yet another dimension to an already awesome show so yay guys :-)

  • Comment number 19.

I'm loving all this cenSSA stuff! lol! I'll be keeping an eye out for vampires when I'm in Liverpool on Friday!

  • Comment number 20.

So many layers...wonder what S3 is going to be like after all this?

  • Comment number 21.

Was talking to a workmate whos pretty new to BH (another recruit - wahey - getting good at this lol) she watched it (loved it obviously!)first comment "You're right the werewolf's really kinda cute" Lol followed by "is it in his contract that he has to get his kit off every episode?!" And hadn't thought about it but I think he does doesn't he...or at least gets his top off in every episode...wahey...and apparently Aidan joins him in the nakedness series 2...something for everyone lol

  • Comment number 22.

Oh eagle do tell.. how do you know about Aidan getting naked in BH2 ?all i heard was that he gets his kit off but that could mean anything....what do you know that we don't !

  • Comment number 23.

Am I the only blogger who would probably prefer it if they all just remained fully clothed? I really don't get the fascination, beautiful ppl but it doesn't hold the show in any way for me.

Yeah... I am. I'll shut up now and go watch Sixth sense. Night x

  • Comment number 24.

This comment was removed because the moderators found it broke the house rules. Explain.

  • Comment number 25.

Super dont get me wrong the show is brilliant without the nakedness - thats just an added bonus lol

Brown I was just referring to waht they said at Notts - something about the boys being naked quite a lot. I then read an interview with Toby about Nina and should she become a werewolf would Sinead have to spend as much time naked as Russell does to which Toby said "its only fair - its sexual equality" lol

  • Comment number 26.

Allyska - glad you liked it :-) yes I loved that Annie line too :-P

cenSSA - I'm wondering if maybe they're just "the public face" of something a bit more serious - some unassuming geeky bloke who fishes and does sudoku lol getting people, not knowing what they're doing, to report possible vampires/werewolves/ghosts thinking they're just "building up a picture of supernatural britain" or whatever he says when actually kemp/the professor/whoever is really in charge are hunting them down? Maybe?

  • Comment number 27.

Oh yeah allyska you have to star out the whole word :-S

  • Comment number 28.

Unless of course he is the professor and the whole nerdy innocent doesnt know what hes on about thing is just the public front? For same reason as above - to try and get people on his side - get people reporting stuff etc...

  • Comment number 29.

    Hello Bloggers!

Anglo- i'm looking at the picture now, can't quite see another figure but i'm gonna keep looking. I thought I may have seen another figure (face) in the right hand side of the side near the bottom of the fence??
All i see when I see the picture though is C3PO and I can't help wondering if the other figure you're seeing is R2D2.... :) Oh how geeky I am sounding haha!

Eagle- I have a bad feeling about CenSSA, the public face thing you mention- I think it may be so!! Must be something to do with capturing poor Mitchell, George and Annie!!!

  • Comment number 30.

    picture* not side... !!!

  • Comment number 31.

    Hey guys!
Oo interesting vid! Was just kinda thinking that ad his surroundings are very 60s/70s this could have been prequel Professor J but then the blog posts have been date so thats quashed my theory :( Meh well I dunno, I've been wondering how the two connect. Any ideas?

  • Comment number 32.

    *dated even!

  • Comment number 33.

Geneviere... perhaps this guy is pretty innocent and is just interested but then Prof J comes along and takes his research to use or soemthing... whooooo knows!!i think prof J is gonna be aiming for Goerge to get the others... I think Goerge is very weak and would just think "CURE!!!" and go for it where as Mitchell will be much more cautious!

  • Comment number 34.

my gushing comments about how much i enjoyed watching series 1 have been removed by a moderator... :-( it does look like there are going to be many twists and turns in series 2. the way they do the suspense literally has you holding your breath at times...

how do you distinguish between a favourite character?! they are all FANTASTIC actors and their characters are so well written. i love how george is a complete contradiction in terms between his two beings - so very jumpy as human george. episode 5 was hysterical with george and annie fighting the vampires - so funny. the scenes with aidan just make you exhale...!

and what an excellent production team teasing so very often with clips and clues for the new series.

did everyone manage to get tickets to london who wanted them?

  • Comment number 35.

    Good morning all,

Thanks TEAM, another one, can't keep up.
I have watched Lloyd a couple of times now and thought at first....nut-job. Now I think he is brilliantly funny (is he supposed to be?) unfortunately he has the sort of madness that will drag us all along with him...in no time at all he will seem perfectly normal and will be talking perfect sense.

  • Comment number 36.

Allyska: Morning! Got a ticket...many thanks to a very kind person who gave me one of two they had...mwwaaahhh..

Missed your modded comment, would have liked to have seen that...its weird they modded you for commenting on something that we've almost all of us seen several times, pretty much know inside and out, quote from and spotted things that we perhaps shouldn't have spotted lol... how strange is that..

They're all favourites but some, ahem, are more of a favourite than others...they're all excellent actors in their own ways but I'm sorry, there's something about Aidan (not just the looks incidentally, I'm not quite that shallow!) that appeals...there's an expression, something familiar about him...oh I dunno I mentioned this to VF a while ago...it's just odd...but they're all brilliant...

One jarring thing about the Daisy/Ivan vid was the Pooh Bear/Piglet thing...made me squirm a bit..what did you think?

  • Comment number 37.

VF: Morning babe how are you? Just posted and yours didn't come up until i refreshed...this site is becoming weirder and weirder...

Lloyd's a bit of a character isn't he...still unsure about whether he is just eccentric/mad or mad and possibly boiling over into total insanity...perhaps CenSSA is taken over because he is an innocent or he's the brains behind it all hehe

  • Comment number 38.

    Hi Anglo,
I think he is completely mad but funny at the same time.

You got a ticket then...well done....not envious in the slightest! It'll be fab. Is it snowing there? Sun shining here but vv cold.

  • Comment number 39.

VF: I was very, very lucky...someone offered me their spare one...I will be extremely grateful and they'll get a drink out of it when I see them (I'm assuming they're going too)..
Weather here very cold, no sun but no snow yet either...don't think it's forecast for Bristol but SE/London/Wales & other high ground apparently will cop it...wonder if we'll get a white Christmas!

  • Comment number 40.

Stuff like that restores your faith in human (no pun intended) nature doesn't it?

I hope it's a white christmas....but then again I hope Aidan shows us his blog for christmas.....oh which one to choose???

  • Comment number 41.

VF: Aidan's blog comes first, every time...stuff the White Christmas I'd be quite happy with his blog...I've just realised what I've said ulp...
And it was very good of them to donate their free ticket...I hope Joooos gets one too...

  • Comment number 42.

As the news of who had got started coming through I wanted to chip in with Yays but thought it would not be very nice for those who hadn't been lucky...did they let you know that you were not getting tickets?

  • Comment number 43.

VF: A few people on Twitter said they'd not been able to get them as they'd no email confirming it...only two or three had...made me think they were in very short supply but the cinema isn't that enormous according to one tweet (or was it post?) from someone who'd checked it out, so I've no idea where all the other tickets have gone, whether some of them were kept aside for people in the business or whether they'd all gone to fans...really unsure about that...we'll find out on the day I guess..I haven't gone OTT in the ticket thing either, only mentioned it when asked..I feel bad for folks who couldn't get them....a lot were gutted because they'd been after them for other people as they couldn't go themselves and felt bad they weren't successful, like they were letting folks down but of course they weren't, it's just the luck of the draw...such a shame you and brown can't go...but we've been hugely lucky to have gone in October...that god we did really..

  • Comment number 44.

I waited still hopeful til this morning but still nothing so I think I have to assume I wasnt lucky - (seems like they dont notify you if you arent) - v disappointed as I was on the app site so early. I'll have to focus on my BAFTA ticket and look forward to hearing Toby and seeing ep1 - but not seeing rest of cast.....

  • Comment number 45.

celtic, I haven't received any emails at all, don't think you are notified if you're unsuccessful :( and again I was on the site really early so not all too convinced about this first-come-first-served thing.... does anyone know how many tickets were actually available?

  • Comment number 46.

I am really upset for the people who didn't get tickets. I can only say that we will make sure we get as much information as possible and report back fully to everyone.

Incidentally I bought a BAFTA ticket which I can't go to anymore. So if anyone wants it just let me know otherwise it's going to waste.

Yes anglo the pooh bear/piglet thing was just weird. Didn't like that so much. I don't think we are supposed to like these two.

  • Comment number 47.

Morning ....more vids more blogs, I cant keep up.! (11) sounds like Christmas Invasion DW boss head of Guinivere 1...Joos (19) give my love to Liverpool, especially Mendips and Forthlin rd, if you get my drift...been to both twice.....Anglo (36) I agree, the Pooh/Piglet bit makes me squirm too, as does the child vampire...shades of Anne Rice here....not sure what I really think of Daisy & Ivan as yet....

  • Comment number 48.

    Hi guys...back briefly

Brilliant: The thing is, we were told by someone in the know (unless they were winding us up!) that some of the bad characters aren't necessarily bad and some of the good aren't good...I'm just wondering if one of these two starts bad (like Daisy), hooks Mitchell in to her life or tries to, then starts to fall for him, then saves him in some way or does something good anyway...then gets killed/dies somehow... or maybe Lucy is worse than we think...she kind of looks like butter wouldn't melt so maybe she's the worst of the lot...lol

They do tend to do that in BH...get people who don't necessarily look bad who turn out to be evil...I mean look at Mitchell...looks vampiric, is a vampire but there's a lot of good in him (we won't go there right now...I could go on..)...yet Herrick looked positively angelic with that cherubic face, and was a trifle psychotic.... nothing is ever as it seems here, is it? Lovely stuff!

  • Comment number 49.

wow thanks for this it really cheered me up after i didn't get tickets :(
i agree with shambolic56 his voice is def soothing to listen to, maybe lulling us into a false sense of security??!!

  • Comment number 50.

dramalovely, that's what I was thinking, the voice makes him sound like a genuinely 'nice' person, but who knows what he's really like?

  • Comment number 51.

The pic of Ewan type 1 on the Censsa site is niggling at me. Nothing related to anything but doesn't he remind of you an actor? I have no idea who and it's irritating me but the pic really resembles this guy I've got in my head. Anyone help?

  • Comment number 52.

super:: Don't suppose this will help but he looks to me how I always imagine Sherlock Holmes would look....no, I was right...no help whatsoever

  • Comment number 53.

he does look kinda familiar, slightly like the guy who plays kemp lol

  • Comment number 54.

Super: Hi there...to-ing and fro-ing between here and Twitter during my lunchbreak..

I know what you mean...I've been trying to work out who he looks a bit like and the only chap I can come up with (although he has a bit more meat on him than the picture on the blog post) is David Troughton...son of Patrick Troughton, a ex-Dr Who (I'm sure you know that!)...and in his 50s...he has a similar look but the drawn face is longer and thinner...tho there is a resemblance there...he plays loads of baddies....

If this mysterious police chief is appearing in S2, am wondering if there is a link between the Glaswegian who tried to take on Mitchell back when Mitchell lived there, and him...maybe Mitchell/another vampire made that guy a vampire and this police chief is him...come back for revenge in some way or other...

Hi to dramalovely and Shambolic too....I keep missing you!

  • Comment number 55.

VF: Back again! Been busy today?

  • Comment number 56.

lol thanks VF. I honestly see this actor guy in my head when I look at the picture. It's so irritating. I've asked for help on FB. It's like last week when I knew the words to a song but couldn't place it, annoyed me for hours till someone put me out of my misery.

  • Comment number 57.

Super::: It's not Roald Dhal(sp.?) is it?

  • Comment number 58.

hiya anglo, I was wondering about the glasgow link too, watched the entire series 1 last night and when that bit came up I suddenly though 'ooh, I wonder....' lol

  • Comment number 59.

Troughton is a possibility... I don't know, it's a weak image in my mind but enough to annoy me for the rest of the day.

  • Comment number 60.

Anglo:::, I have been quite busy but had to keep moving to keep warm...God this office is so cold, still home soon to where I may or may not have a tinterweb box to play on But I recorded Rhod Gilbert last night....so summat to look forward to....I adore Rhod Gilbert.

  • Comment number 61.

OMG it just might be you know vf. lol! I don't know.. the more I think of who it could be the hazier the original mental image becomes.

Right I'm giving up before I waste my entire afternoon.

  • Comment number 62.

vampfan- I adore Rhod Gilbert too, I saw him a few weeks ago in our local theatre, soooo funny, although I had to go to the loo towards the end (silly me, had a pint in the interval!) and I in half got some stick from him when I sneaked back in!!! Was he on the telly last night then???

  • Comment number 63.

Hi nikki, yeah, we went to see him a couple of months ago in a tiny little village hall which only held about 250 people where he was sort of doing a run through for his material for Edinburgh...he was fab.
Yes, he was Comedy channel...have you seen his 'Luggage' piece? Its on YT...probably the funniest sketch I have ever seen

  • Comment number 64.

VF, Excellent:) & Yes I love that sketch!!! I was almost crying (with laughter!!)when he was talking about the washing machines in this 'tour'. He's a real character, Welsh too, I alway have a soft spot for Welsh Men!!!

  • Comment number 65.

VF, Nikki: To my shame i have never seen Rhod Gilbert...what have I missed?

  • Comment number 66.

anglo - that's really good that you got the ticket. it'll be a great night. hope there aren't too many disappointed people. i did try to get tickets as a back up for people but didn't manage to get any.

looks like they've just announced the new launch date so i'm good to go with that!

  • Comment number 67.

Allyska - You only got modded for that quote from Annie "mastered speaking like a ****" you have to star the whole word out :-S something we all learnt the hard way lol

Oh and I have snow and a ticket :-) yay! :-D

Super - I thought he looked familiar too but not sure where I know him from so cant help really :-S

  • Comment number 68.

I live in Rugeley, next to Cannock Chase. It probably isn't werewolves. It's probably Rugeley people. I'd rather wander around the woods with werewolves. They are more intelligent, decent and smell better. You are more likely to survive an encounter with werewolves. Luckily, if you are bitten by a Rugeley person you don't have the horror of becoming one of them.

  • Comment number 69.

Jeremey Clarkeson said Cannock was the worst town in the world and Rugeley was just a power station. Quote from House Of Cards "...Rugeley, or some other god awful place."

Rugeley's only claims to fame are the bloody steps and Palmer the poisoner.

Here is the Rugeley rap, which will give you an idea.
