Think you know Nina?... Think again.

With her discovery of the grizzly supernatural world (and the small matter of seeing her boyfriend kill someone whilst in wolf state) there's an awful lot for her to get her head around.

It's a big challenge for Nina and an even bigger challenge for the woman behind Nina... the legendary Sinead Keenan. We caught up with her on the set of series two to find out how she's getting on with job...

Have you noticed (re the blog) that although we are waxing lyrical about our gorgeous Irish vampire, that he has been very much in the background of late.. now either he's filming a lot (and he would be if there's more in the way of vamp action going on) or something else is happening, like possibly making plans of his own....USA maybe or other stuff....or maybe he's just shy (awwww)...we'll soon sort that out, won't we Vampy hehe

Hehe, avidly rewatching for any clues in the background as to future events but, well, you good folks on the Blog team are too darned good at keeping us in suspense! *bounces excitedly* So, its all kicking off is it? Hmmm... couple that with some of the intriguing hints from before on Twitter and, well, I can't WAIT! Not that THAT's anything new. *bounces some more*

Hey VF! (comment 14) I just made that suggestion today on Twitter, that we ask them (okay, mainly AT) to say that for us squealing fangirlies. ;)

Hmm, yeah, Anglo (comment 21) - Aidan does seem to have been taking a back seat lately, doesn't he? Maybe he's filming some really juicy stuff so they don't wanna give anything away by featuring them in the blog? Just a thought. ;)

I have to say I honestly can't thank you guys enough BH Prods! MWAH! You're helping keep the BH love alive in between the series' and that kind of acknowledgement to the fans is very, very rare. And we love ya right back for it!

    Now..about Nottingham...and this isn't easy to discuss...
I have tickets for me and Man..but..this doesn't mean that we are going. As some of you are aware, next weekend is going to be a difficult one . We have the loan of a car for the pm only. If we go...and Man will make that decision, probably last minute, as his emotions are my priority, we'll have to 'fly in and fly out'....I'm not even sure we'll get there on time and/or will have to leave early. Just as well I'm not an autograph hunter as we'd have no time for that or meeting others.
I do understand the huge excitement you all have for the day...but it will have to be enough for me, if I get there, to see the cast and Toby, take a few pics and listen to the QAs.
Next week ( and in particular next Friday/sat and Sun) is going to be difficult but I will post later next week
    I am missing you all

Racey: Hi there...well, we know the blog is looked at occasionally by the BH PROD TEAM because a few weeks back there was a lot of conversation regarding the 1960s and what could be done about a Josie/Mitchell storyline, i.e. they could do a 'one-off' hour-long programme giving us their backstory, costumes and hair were discussed, what was workable and what wasn't, you name it... then lo and behold, within a very short space of time (during our blogging period), the BH team blog appeared, started off with "Hmmmm..." and then went on to say the 1960s were to be filmed in S2 in part so that there is a bit of a flashback storyline there; they must have had an idea we were coming up with suggestions about stuff being doable because we were visualising it....we went through storylines for other stuff and there'd sometimes be a production team post about it right in the middle of our convo's or at the end...so someone either checks it out or feeds back to them.

I'd be terrified if they put anything in I'd suggested lol... Seriously, I think anyone would be flattered but I can't see it happening....I suppose you never know but I can't see it...all the same, it'd be good to see what they do produce next year...and we're all gagging in anticipation.

There is something very male about werewolves, facial hair, agression and all that, doesn't fit right with the female condition to me. Maybe because George wasn't in full wolf state when he scratched her she will escape. Well maybe?

I guess we will find out how she got scarred. I have a feeling it was a vamp incident to which Mitchell might have been indirectly involved. My theory is based on that conversation between Mitchell and Nina when talking outside the hosp. She said Mitchell wasn't her type 'well not anymore' Hmmmmm. Maybe reading too much into the remark. Bit thin, but so are all my theories on future plot lines!

I have also seen Eddie Izzard..a few years back when I was a full time student and loads of us went to catch him. He was fantastic and maybe ..in some far off day when I might have some money that I'm not saving for travels..I might be able to take Man to see him as he's a great fan.

In that vid of Joooos's where him and his da walk out of the sea from the clinic, I wonder if they ever went in the sea...his hair was wet, sure, as was his upper body (I noticed this) but the rest of him didn't look that damp (more's the pity)...the sea off Ireland isn't exactly tropical so I'm hoping the director didn't put them through having to get wet in it, rather in a warm shower first...Aidan/Ruairi in a wet pair of shorts would do wonders for a woman.

Maybe I just need to watch it again. Ok well rambling on a bit. So sorry about that. Moving on, I can not wait for s2, altho I will not be able to watch it all when you do. I am from The USA, and will have to wait for my internet friend from over there to record it, change its format, and mail it to me before I can even watch. "cries" Oops I did not even think about whether that is legal there or not. Here we can just hook a VCR and record tv and watch it later and let friends watch to. They even have DVR'S now but I don't think you can let your friend bring that home and watch. I think it is stuck on his only and you can't get if off. I could be wrong. Well that aside hopefully it is nothing bad and I get to continue watching from afar. I know it would be very sad and upsetting to not be able to watch anymore. So many of my fav. shows have ended/or been canceled far to soon for my liking now. Hopefully this show continues on for many seasons. I wish they made an online cable network like hulu that was free to where you and everyone else could watch any show from anywhere in the world. They could still get their ratings that way and fans would not have to pay for junk they don't want. I hate flipping threw channels to find only nothing is on to watch. What is the point in paying to watch so few shows is it worth 48.00 a month. I shut my cable off and just started to buy the whole shows I want to watch. I find out about new ones on the net or word of mouth. I would enjoy just being able to type in a web address or click on a bookmark link and just go to a site much like hulu and pick what you want to watch when you want to watch it from any place in the world. Their is no telling how many good shows yall have had over there that I have missed out on. To BBC I just want to say thank you for the great show you have. May yall's live's be fruitful. Thanks you all again on the behalf on any American that has the honor of watching this great show. Sorry if I went on and on, but that's what happens when someone really likes a show. Draykal out!
