Jose, now that you are back amongst the lads at the world cup, do you think south Africa has the capacity to fill him with pastries - I'm sure he will be fine in Milan with bulk buying the Pasta but may wither away -if he gets into trouble please send him to the nearest soup kitchen.

I would like to be the 1st to extend my hand & a box of Bonio to Roy Keane - a man who knows how to bring waring people together in peace & serenity
    Dave the hedgehog

  • Comment number 2.

my comment above should have read "Do you think that South Africa has the capacity to fill Rafa with Pastries"

  • Comment number 3.

    Dear Mr Special 1,

I purchased a new TV specifically to watch the debut of your new show. The shopkeeper (who had more than a passing resemblance to 'It') assured me that the TV came with a deal where I would get £10 back for every goal England score in the World Cup.

With this in mind, please can you make sure that the young Mr Boy Rooney takes his medication for his temper tantrums and that Mr Eriksson does not feed him any of that fizzy pop 24 hours before the match.

    Thank you in advance,

  • Comment number 4.

The Boy Rooney is on CHIP BUTTY ban with 24 hour guard from cabbage man

  • Comment number 5.

Quality yet again....Ronaldo diving- compleatly believable

  • Comment number 6.

Jose, finally you are back. We have missed you here in Trinidad and Tobago. Its a shame we aren't in the world cup to entertain you with thrilling underdog battles, i was pretty sure we would have actually been able to score a goal this time around.

Also, Joe Cole to Arsenal? I wonder what The Voyer has to say about that.

  • Comment number 7.

    Dear Special 1

What do you think about 'It' trying to pimp himself into the Liverpool job, surely his pimping must be stopped soon, were you ever interested in the Liverpool job to replace 'Facht-man' Rafa?

  • Comment number 8.

    hi jose.
can you tell "IT" to do good with the ivory coast in the world cup. i want to see drogba lift the cup. PS what happened to DAVE?

  • Comment number 9.

The Lineker... should be the Vineger..
p.s.. thank god ur back... makes life worth living again..

  • Comment number 10.

Hi special1, I've missed you. I wanted to ask "it" how "it" feels about Drogba like. Looking forward to seeing you online again. Also, will you be attending any games at the World Cup?

  • Comment number 11.

Oh no, I just found out that I can't watch the show online from the united states. Any chance it's gonna be on you tube? I'm gonna die :(

  • Comment number 12.

It is on youtube MARIYA you can find it at BBC's comedy channel or Doitchampions Special 1 TV Fan Channel.

Jose - I actually shed a tear - BECAUSE I HAVE WAITED ONE YEAR & NO ROY ROY TRACTOR BOY & NO BONIO (ok i'll be patient)
Comments are going crazy for lack of Dave from Newcastle & crazier just to see you back again....somehow the world is a better place today

  • Comment number 13.

    Found it. Thanks!

  • Comment number 14.

Special one you rule can Wayne define dodgy please??

  • Comment number 15.

Jose, great to hear that you are back on S1TV again now that you've finished conquering Europe. I have not seen the first episode yet as I will be working in Germany for the duration of the World Cup. I see that you mention "daily shorts" on the main site. Will I be able to view these on the blog from Germany? If not can you tell me where I can see them?
Also: What do you think about "No Mark" trying to fill your shoes at Inter?
    Stay Special - Deano

  • Comment number 16.

apparently all the england team are behind robert green thats a good place to stand at the moment

  • Comment number 17.

Could Real Madrid win the world cup? Mal, Ireland

  • Comment number 18.

    Hola Jose:
It is great to have you and the lads back. The World Cup is that much more fun with The Special One's analysis. I look forward to keeping up with you.

  • Comment number 19.

Hello again Special one, did you see how Ronnie nearly scored a rocket today? But then "It"s team played really well, don't you think?

  • Comment number 20.

To the boy: Have a word with Jose please Wayne.
I think we're long overdue a "Shut Up, Beckenbauer!"

  • Comment number 21.

Jose Hope You Can Take The Mick Out Of Eto'o Sayin Inter Are Poo To Rafa Asweel :)

  • Comment number 22.

    Oi Jose

Where have you been for the last premier league season, it's been like football without the ball. Just a quick question, can you ask your cabbage man cappello or whoever your producer is, if s1tv is here for the new premier league seaon on bbc 3? I need to do it to you all season!!!

  • Comment number 23.

    hi jose
you are such a legend! I love your work and i love your show on BBC. Hopefully your show will continue after the World Cup because its excellent viewing. Keep up the great work from your number one fan :)

  • Comment number 24.

    Dear Sp1Tv,
Loving the shows Jose glad to see you back Tv was not the same without my dose of SP1TV.
1 question though how do you intend to stop Ronnie Winking next season?

  • Comment number 25.

It's Alex from Manchester Jose, squeaky bum time for the boys now aye! Worried about theboylike!

  • Comment number 26.

Hi Jose, I'm doing it to you to ask 'It' if he would consider taking back his post as England manager. Failing that me and my mates will be playing some matches over the summer and we need a manager, if he's avaliable.

P.S. What did happen to Dave?

  • Comment number 27.

Hi Jose, what is happening to England?...soon they will come over all Kevin Costner...OUT OF AFRICA!

  • Comment number 28.

    Dear Special One...

Do you think it was David and not the Cabbage man who was managing the team against Algeria? Or maybe it was the scrap merchant?

  • Comment number 29.

    Hi Jose,
since the return of your show I have noticed that it has been a long time since it was confirmed that you are fantastic. Are you still fantastic?

    hippo on toast

  • Comment number 30.

Special one its great to see you back on the T.V. You are fantastic.

    Be champions

  • Comment number 31.

    Hey Special One,
Great program from you, Rooney and "It". Quick comment about "It". We know he's a pimp and hes now managing the Ivory Coast, where is he off to next? also you often called people vegetables in the past, what about Swede instead? (Shut Up Sven!)

As well as the rest of the cup how do you think England are playing? After their last two matches do you think they'll get through or even should get through. Good luck to Rooney and the lads for Slovakia -
    Be Champions for us all

    SonicShadow191, Whittlesey, England

  • Comment number 32.

Bye Bye Henry!! Robbie can now pursue a civil case!! On the road with my portable tank, loving every episode. Thanks to the BBC and Doitchampions for getting these on YouTube for everyone, and to the BBC for now letting us in the US see them on their website. Very nice and surely fantastic. The Roach is at his best and the boy I think will explode if something does not change on the England side. We will know tomorrow. Stevie G, Lamps, Petey, hate to be you in the locker room if you go home!! The Boy will make sure you all get Arshavin for the effort! Do it!

  • Comment number 33.

    Hello Jose,

I would like to know if Stevie G been on the Guinness? Because he had a distinct Irish twang when speaking with "It".

  • Comment number 34.

    Special One,

Loving the show, you've not mentioned your new role at madrid. Also do you think you are capable of transforming England if Cabbage Man Capello does succeed?

  • Comment number 35.

Just getting better all the time Jose. How are the cakes in Johannesburg?

  • Comment number 36.

This comment was removed because the moderators found it broke the house rules. Explain.

  • Comment number 37.

    Special One,

I embarked on a missing to find out the meaning of the term "waka "waka" in a certain World Cup song.

So according to the internets, short meaning of "waka" means Do IT!

    Waka Sven!

  • Comment number 38.

You are the best manager in the whole wide world special one! Cant wait until you manage Manchester United one day, that will be fantastic!

  • Comment number 39.

    Hi Jose,
I have noticed that the boy's performances in recent weeks not been as good as usual. Is he concentrating to much on England instead of delivering for the show?

    Hippo on toast

  • Comment number 40.

Jose, is it true only the mediocre always give their best? Why has Ancelotti not called in? Am I hearing a big "sucking sound" in South Africa? My altitude has fallen and it can't get up! NOT THE CHEESE!!! Where in the heck did I put my commemorative headband? The Redknapp dissing on the Boy, careful or he might get Arshavin! Love the shows, Special1TV is a must see. Be cocky!

  • Comment number 41.

love the show Special 1, much better than watching England play...

  • Comment number 42.

I do not agree with Simon, at least until I can get my new iPhone to make a call! I say we go back to old school, and simply play until we have a winner. If a tennis match can go 11+ hours, why not a World Cup final? After every additional hour, 2 additional subs - no restrictions; any player whether they have been in the game already or not. First goal in wins. What do you think Jose? Shut up China!

  • Comment number 43.

Jose, did Sven get into the locker room again before the game with Germany? Cabbage and the boys had a real meltdown. Had such great hopes for the lads in 2010 but they just could not mesh as a team. As an ardent fan of the sexy sexy football of the Dutch Cruyff era, I have never been a Germany supporter but I have always respected them as a team and know that they are always a contender. They proved that again today as they played some wonderful football. Dump Cabbage and get the Redknapp to helm the national team from here on. I would have started Lennon, Defoe and Crouch up front today, if it were up to me. Surprise the Germans and let the Hotspurs line see what they could do. Save the Boy for the second half. Oh well, that is just what this Yank has to offer. Germany v Argentina could be the game of tournament. They are the 2 best so far in my opinion unless Spain decides to wake up. Still doing it to you Jose, every way I can.

  • Comment number 44.

Jose, love the show bro. Just curious, if you win champions league first year at Real Madrid, would you quit and coach National team?

  • Comment number 45.

The FA only have themselves to blame in hiring Cabbage Man Capello and not the Special 1 when they had the chance. Knowing the FA, they'll probably hire 'it' again. Is there any chance you can re-enact the Pulp Fiction scene with him again Jose? We can only bow down in the presence of your overwhelming genius.

  • Comment number 46.

Me and my friends have followed special 1 tv for years now going back to the IOSS days and were really looking forward to these world cup specials.

Although good we have been a little disappointed. Will the format return to how it was before with a round up of the news and emails. Also where is DAVE the geordie surely he was gutted that ameobi didn't make the 23!!!

more talk abotu the special 1 at real madrid.

Are you returning in august for a weekly premierleague show???

  • Comment number 47.

is this going to be kept on for the premiership season? o please keep it on beeb. the show is fantastic.... it's amazing... i think maybe it is also incredible

  • Comment number 48.

Very nice Cabbage, what does Simon think of his performance? Incredible? Fantastic? Or is there no superlative to do the Cabbage justice? Still looking for my cheese. Love the show and hoping it stays around for the EPL season. Have to go get Arshavin now before the transfer window closes on me. I hope Puppet Ronnie is okay and his altitude is doing better. Be champion.

  • Comment number 49.

Special One and Only, I beg you get the Beeb to have you for prem season, so we can do it to you all year long! Very nice!

  • Comment number 50.

Sven the odds on you becoming the next Fulham manager have shortened siginfficantly. Have you been pimping my beloved Fulham, if so we welcome you over no ambition-alan Curbishley any day!

  • Comment number 51.

Jose your show is the best thing on TV, BBC offer you a long term contract so we can do it on you every week. We need Special1 TV during the upcoming season, especially now we (Newcastle) are back in the big time and Ameobi is scoring goals for fun. We need to hear "Shut Up Dave" again.

  • Comment number 52.

Can we get the special one to cover to the States and coach our national team to the World Cup in 2014? If anyone can do it, you can !!!

    Mike, NYC

  • Comment number 53.

Dear BBC I implore you to employ the Special 1 full time. Put him on at the end of MOtD 2.

    Also, what happened to Dave?

  • Comment number 54.

Seconds, thirds and fourths on keeping Jose and Special1TV on the air for the Premier League season. His Cockiness can only be good for the BBC and us Yanks who love the show. Thanks for all the laughs during this cup, and we look forward to rest of the shows. Shut up FIFA!!

  • Comment number 55.

thanks for bringing it back, will be there during EPL season?

  • Comment number 56.

Does this mean you are going for the Brazil job if you get tired of Real Madrid? Hmmmmmm

    Do it!

  • Comment number 57.

Jose is the Master Chef of cutting edge TV talk shows. Just the right amount of cockiness, brilliance and innovation, sauteed and tossed with fantastic perfection. No it is time for the sexy, sexy football. Go Dutch, be champions!

  • Comment number 58.

Thank you for all your messages for the Special's the final episode of Special 1 TV tonight. You watch it first here on the blog, just click here for Episode 6: Finally, the final.

Is Special 1 tv coming back during EPL season. That would be FANTASTIC!!!

  • Comment number 60.

I agree. Bring the special one to the state side!! So "it" wouldn't take the job!!

  • Comment number 61.

I hope the BBC keeps The Special One on screen. This fan comes all the way from The Singapore and I've been following since it was called IOSS.

    Be Champions!

  • Comment number 62.

I signed up just to show my support for special 1 TV. Please keep the programme going. BBC3 be Champions! Do It.

  • Comment number 63.

Thanks to the BBC, Caboom, Blue Elf, and especially Mr. Rosenstock and all those involved in making these videos. We enjoyed them all very much and it was fantastic to have Special1TV back. We will all be waiting and hoping the show is picked up for the EPL season, it has been sorely missed. Thanks as well to Doitchampions for his YouTube postings of the videos, really appreciate that. A great tournament as always, on to the new season and the Euro. Glad we will have a new Champion to crown, however it turns out. Still, there is only one Special1, and we bow to his magnificence. Still looking for the cheese. Do it! Be Champions!

  • Comment number 64.

I think the Pink branding of this channel puts alot of people off. They won't give anything a chance because of the trash idiots and branding

  • Comment number 65.

Glad so many of you enjoyed the Special One.
So I'm afraid I don't have any answers yet about whether this will be back for the Premier League. We'll announce it on the website if it is.

  • Comment number 66.

Dear Jose, I am going to miss you so much now that the World Cup is over. Would you consider a series of Special 1 TV about the Premier League, please.
I have one concern though. It is about the Boy Rooney, I think he is an imposter. The Boy Rooney that we know is not as intelligent as the one on your programme. I really think that you have been taken advantage of my a fake Boy Rooney.

Please come back to our screens very soon. We will miss you insight into the beautiful game. Jonathan Ross is leaving perhaps you could replace him.

  • Comment number 67.

Jose, i am still crying from the world cup with england, but i was glad to hear my team, west ham's keeper Robert Green has to become chief executive of BP......the reason for appointing Green were that he is an expert in spillages and brilliant at helping America out in times of crisis.

ps. COME BACK JOSE!! PL 2010/11 JOSE!!

  • Comment number 68.

so i'm guessing yer not gona have it back for this season :( boo bbc boo

  • Comment number 69.

Hi Jose, It's great to have you back. When I realised that you were back, I was over the moon. Anyway, how does it feel like coaching my second favourite European club?

    Babatunde, London.

  • Comment number 70.

Hey Jose, i have to ask you something, why can't get a decent cup of tea at tottenham...........Because all the mugs are on the pitch.
keep being champion in Madrid :)

  • Comment number 71.

Jose, special 1 tv has now got fans all over the world. How does it feel to be a big cult.

    smiffy47, Hackney, London

  • Comment number 72.

    Hi Jose, love your show.
I just to ask, if you had a choice, which team would you go back and coach? Inter Milan, Chelsea or Porto?

P.S. Is Rafa undoing all your hard work at Inter? Ask Harry, he might have a comment!

  • Comment number 73.

Hi Jose, what do you think of Andy Carroll? There was a rumour in the press that he was going to be Drogba's long term replacement.

  • Comment number 74.

jose do think wenger can a trophy this season us asrenal fans have been wating for five years.

  • Comment number 75.

Jose, you should advise Arsenal players to quit football and try to become doctors. That might be the only way they get a title. XD

  • Comment number 76.

Hey there Jose. I just wanted to know where has your old special suit and special scarf gone. You look like a complete different person.

    Babatunde, London.
