very interesting no doubt.... but I haven't time to LISTEN to it (even if it was easy to find on the Guardian's Media Page.) Most people speak at a maximum of 200 words per minute. I can read three times as fast, and scan a text much quicker... so why can't we have the text to sound and vids. I can even process text for notes and later even comment. We are not all yutubies yet!

I enjoy Points of View, or most of the threads, often only as a reader. Sometimes I do join in, but I soon opt out of the controversial ones.
Things haven't been the same since first Peta left, then the upset with Lee. I was really sorry for him and missed his input and help.
However, I hope you get a good response, and can keep Points of View as an important method of letting people give honest responses for decent TV.
