Sweet cheeses, but this is wonderful. I love the mad Buckules gesticulations and Joe's almost permanent finger-across-the-lips-in-a-thoughtful-and-attentive-way...
I searched back through the podcasts a while back to re-listen to this, it's one of my top five A&J radio moments. The animation is fantastic - thanks a lot, Chris Bowles! :-)
When me and a group of my friends heard this we went away to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year and as we had a nice chalk board in the kitchen my mate Kim decided to do this to it:
What podcast is this in? I'm a shamefully new listener, sorry! I'm on the Norwich cupboard one at the moment - just because I spotted Norwich in the title!
There's so much to love about this but it gets off to a beautiful start with Joe sleeping & nearly falling off his chair. Has a certain resonance for someone who watches a little too much webcam....
The only possible problem is someone might think there is a missing L from "poo party" and think its some kind of swimming based party for cheerleaders.
I feel like a bit of an idiothole not saying thanks to Chris Bowles for the animation. I think I speak for everyone when I say, more please!
I think more people should use the threat "Prepare to do a poo!". It would be very effective during some kind of slow reflective sport like Snooker. Shake of the hand, a quiet whisper "prepare to do a poo" and then the other player will be sat wondering "what do they mean? do I need a poo? maybe I do need a poo..."

In that case the invitations could say

BYOP (Bring Your Own Pom-pom)
Don't forget to present your RSVP at the party

Swimming based party for cheerleaders... Adam, get your wig on!
Joe does look the type to have a 1984 t-shirt *nods thoughtfully*

Thanks for all the kind words :)
@Janine - A movie is a good idea, if I'm ever independently wealthy I'll consider it!
@CycleHelmentHair - I believe it's on the show from 3rd May 2008/ 5th May podcast if the podcast exists back then.
