Levity Breaks have received a grant of £5,000 and a slot supporting The 1975 and Tired Pony at Bushmills Live on 12th June.

The Belfast band were chosen for the Bushmills Live Legacy Fund by Third Bar's Gary Lightbody and Davy Matchett. Third Bar will work with Levity Breaks to advise them on how to use the fund, including recording and touring costs.

Last year's recipient David C Clements stated:

"Thanks to the help I’ve received I’ve been able to quit my day job and go full time as an artist and I’m just about to complete my first album. I’ve also supported Bushmills Live 2012 headliners Snow Patrol and Ed Sheeran since the festival last year.”
