Belfast's Oh Yeah Music Centre have launched the second year of its talent development programme, ‘Scratch My Progress’. The four acts chosen this year are Hannah McPhillimy, Go Wolf, Howl and Basic Translation.

These acts will be mentored by music industry veterans, and learn about copyright and music law. They will also have vocal lessons, PR advice and songwriting workshops. By the end of the programme, each act will have a professional photo shoot, press release and one track recorded.

Last year Katharine Philippa, Conor Brown, 20 Second Century and Everyday Superheroes took part in the scheme.
