Gig of the week time on the ATL blog and with festival season (and what a season!) finally done and dusted, it's back to dark venues and sticky floors.

This week we're sending you to Auntie Annies and evening in the company of More Than Conquerors. The band are about to go out on a two week UK tour and we can look forward to a diary of their adventures published right here. So consider this a going away party, of sorts....here's Danny from the band with your formal invite.

'We're really excited to be playing belfast again, it's always great to play a home show before setting off on tour. We're going to be playing some new tracks off the upcoming album too that's due out early next year which we're all really proud of so it'll be good seeing the response from the crowd as we play them live.

Due to unfortunate circumstances the original bill has been changed so we've now got our friends from The 1930's opening and Pretty Child Backfire as main support. Two great hometown bands with different sounds so that'll make it worth getting down early for. Kris and Jamie are also currently making some limited edition, hand made t-shirts that we'll be selling on the night.'

More than Conquerors, Pretty Child Backfire and he 1930s play Auntie Annies, Belfast this Thursday night. Their UK tour starts on Saturday.
