Small But Massive, 3pm

Describe in a Tweet: Indie kids are alright!

What Happened: It can be a confusing experience watching a More Than Conquerors set. Sometimes they’re rocking a trendster jerky dance-inspiring vibe, then they serve up a standard slice of honest-to-goodness indie rock. Glasgowbury was treated to a wee bit of both today in equal measure, to varying degrees of success.

Goldstar: When the band asked the crowd to sing along  with 'Go On Go On Get Out', a scream rises from the crowd and a mini charge to the front of the stage ensues. The lads respond by kicking it up a gear and delivering the highlight of their set.

Lost at Sea: It was difficult to disguise that More Than Conquerors lacked energy and commitment on some of their songs. And interesting that the dip in enthusiasm coincided with their more mediocre song writing efforts. This band still has a bit to go before they can carry a compelling set.

Rating: 6/10
