I have hi-jacked Gemma's account to talk about what it is like to work on the breakfast show
I am here for 8 weeks on a traineeship and I am already 4 weeks through, it has gone so fast!!! I'm basically just going to talk about 3 things I didn't know happened on the 1Xtra Breakfast Show:

1. (I don't understand how) Trevor and Gemma are actually as lively in the studio as they sound on the airwaves (especially gemma!)

2. You become immune to meeting famous people after the first day or two when people like Matt Damon, Morgan Freeman, Katie Price (to name just a few) swan past it doesn't really phase you.

3. 4:30am start is so much more horrible than it sounds!

More reports on the way keep your ears to the ground and your eyes to the screen

At 1Xtra and Radio 1 we've been focussing on body image... We even airbrushed some of our boobs... and muscles and heads too.

So I decided to compile a list of products that promised natural enhancement and joy.

 There was a whole lotta lurve in the room.. Treble T from Rampage rushed the studio (which, I might add means something because the only ever time he's done that with one of our guests was when Serena Williams came in!)...
"He used to RAVE to us...." Screamed Rampage in unison!

Another thing that I just had to clear up was a rumour that I heard once and I've used as a quirky fact during idle conversations.. The rumour was that Sisqo had a baby with Samantha Mumba?? I couldn't find out the truth online.. so I asked him...

For today's Ace & Vis tip for 2010 we spoke to actor Ricky Norwood. He plays "Fatboy" in the new BBC Eastenders spinoff E20. The new series is set in around the famous Albert Square.
