Running time: 5mins. Year of production 2010. Credits: Naiam (Narrative), Leon and Chloe (Camera and Sound), Anna (Editing), Stephanie (Music). Boy/Girl follows the story of a boy and a girl trying to meet up at the Thames Festival. The film is inspired by the art installation 'Save Me' performed by Home Live Art at the 2010 event. As part of 'Save Me', two artists spell out semaphore messages to each other across the river. The piece explores the idea of communication barriers and the difficulty of really getting to know a person. Beautifully shot and carefully selected clips are woven together to play out this story to the eerie sound of distorted phone conversation. As the artists spell out their coded messages, will the would-be lovers meet, or will they miss their chance?

FIRST!...loving this movie...very eclectic, music went well with the film...good beat throughout, nice change in sounds...communicating face to face is always better than using phones! Wish movie was longer...well done to all
