We're
looking for nominations for Super Citizens from the following West
Midlands regions: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, Coventry,
Solihull, Sandwell, Redditch, Tamworth & South Staffs and Warwickshire.
The
winner and runners-up will receive their prizes at a prestigious
Grand Final, held at the Walsall Football Club on Friday 26th March
2004.

There
are no restrictions on the number of nominations that can be made
for either one or more individuals, but you must obtain their permission
before doing so.
