webcams are provided courtesy of Wolforum, a joint research project
between Wolverhampton City Council and the University of Wolverhampton.
The Wolforum Project is investigating how to bring democracy, decision
making and consultations closer to the citizens of Wolverhampton via
the internet.
Citizens at the Wolforum website can access web based information
combined with facilities for online discussions and polling on local
issues.
