James Barnes (bass and vocals for Mono) has organised the gig. He said: "I contacted Chicago Rock Cafe in Stourbridge to ask whether they would let us use their venue to play our new material, and they agreed.

"I began to think at this point that if we had a high profile venue like Chicago Rock we should use it to raise some money for worthy charities instead of pocketing the money for ourselves." Mono are playing for Bliss, "It's an important charity that funds research into helping premature or very sick babies. My girlfriend told me about it - she's a neonatal nurse at Russells Hall Hospital." said James. The gig will start around 7.30pm. Tickets cost £3.00 and can be purchased beforehand - or on the door. Mono have gigged around the UK. James: "We play a rocky indie style kind of music, we like to get people jumping around and enjoying themselves".
