The Black Country is famous for many things - its music heritage, its football teams and faggots to name just three. But now there's something else to put the region on the map - traffic islands!

The Bostin' Black Country Roundabouts Calendar has photographs of twelve of the Black Country's best.

'Salamander in Flames'
'Salamander in Flames' by Steven Field on Flood Street island, Dudley.

The Dudley Millennium Sculpture Trail features some of the Black Country's most artistic roundabouts. A series of huge sculptures sit in the centre of four islands on the Dudley Southern By-pass. One of these, 'Salamander in Flames' on Flood Street Island, is the featured roundabout for January.

The Calendar also features some of the smaller roundabouts of the region including; The Tipton Slasher roundabout (April), the Oxford Street roundabout in Bilston (August) and a 'Riveting Romanesque style' roundabout in Sandwell (November).
