FACT

Des'ree's big hit 'Feel So High' holds the Sony record for the shortest time between a demo tape landing on a desk and a debut single being in shops: twelve weeks.

'Ask Des'ree a question', that's what we said. It was difficult to choose, but here are five of the best:

Deborah Finch asked:
"What CD is in your car stereo at the moment?"

Des'ree says:
"My album, checking it's still fabulous (smile)."

Lisa Pope asked:
"If you could have the voice of different singer for one day who would it be?"

Des'ree says:
"Tina Turner"

Jennifer Burnage asked:
" What do you think of the use of your lyrics in 'The Office' [BBC 2 show]?"

Des'ree says:
"Very funny. Why me?"

Boris Zatezic asked:
"Was there anything between you and Terence [Trent D'Arby]?"

Des'ree says:
"No!"

Rebecca Hobbs asked:
"You lent your support to the tragic case of Damiola Taylor which must have been very emotional; how has being involved with his family and the issues his murder brought about changed you?"

Des'ree says:
"It makes me realize, even more, to make the most of everyday."

The people who asked the chosen questions will each receive a signed Des'ree single and a signed De'ree photo.

Des'ree returns with a new single 'It's O.K' on March 10th. An album, 'Dream Soldier', will follow a week later.
