Central
Jamia Mosque Ghamkol Sharif is said to be the biggest in Europe
with space to accommodate nearly 5,000 worshippers.
The
mosque is named after a Sufi Saint, Ghamkol Sharif.
It
is a most impressive building: from outside, the dome and minaret
can be seen from a good distance away.
Inside
the rooms are richly decorated with marble walls and chandeliers.
