BBC WM's Phil Upton presented members of Aston Villa's 1982 European Cup winning team with their Broad Street Star on Monday 4th May 2009.

The ceremony took place ahead of Villa's home clash with Hull at Villa Park.
Members of the 1982 team such as Dennis Mortimer and Gordon Cowans were on hand to accept their award before a crowd topping 39,000.
The gold star will take its place on Broad Street's Walk Of Stars where other West Midlands icons - such as Ozzy Osbourn and Jasper Carrott - have similar accolades. The strip is regarded as Birmingham's answer to Hollywood's Walk Of Stars.
Aston Villa were asked to put forward a number of legendary players from the club's past for the public to vote on who should be recognised on the city centre street.
The 1982 European Cup
The option for the entire 1982 team topped the poll, with the side - still the only West Midlands football team to win the European Cup - picking up 1,536 votes.
Phil Upton, who was accompanied by his seven year old son James, handed over the prize to members of the 1982 team at Villa Park.
Former Lord Mayor of Birmingham Mike Sharpe was also on hand. Villa went on to defeat Hull 1-0.
"How cool was that!" said Phil. "As a life-long Villa fan, to walk on the turf, to meet my childhood heroes, to touch the European Cup and to see my son do the same - how cool was that?!
Villa '82 victory
"To initiate my son in our history and have him stand in the tunnel as John Carew walked past - his jaw was on the floor! Brilliant! Thank You Villa!"
West Bromwich Albion, Birmingham City, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Walsall FC will all have a player honoured at the start of the 2009/10 season.
