UPDATE: See photos of The Levellers performance live in Centenary Square.There is much excitement surrounding the performance by the Levellers as they have just released their first studio album in three years - Letters from the Underground.  Envy & Other Sins (c) mobileAct unsigned The punk/folk band made their name in the 1990s with a string of hit singles including 15 years, Belarus and the anthemic What A Beautiful Day. The band continue to be one of the most popular live bands in Britain and throughout Europe and also organise their own music festival ‘Beautiful Days’ every year in Devon. Envy and Other SinsPrior to the Levellers' appearance on the Sunday evening there will be a performance by Birmingham's hottest new talent, Envy and Other Sins. The band, who had been unsigned for nearly four years, signed to A&M records earlier this year after winning T4's Mobile Act Unsigned and appearing on BBC WM's Introducing show.  Arcadian Kicks The Arcadian KicksThere will also be many exciting up-and-coming and unsigned bands performing on The Kerrang Unsigned Stage @ City Centre Gardens on both Saturday and Sunday. One of the most celebrated new acts is Stourbridge based indie-rock band The Arcadian Kicks, who were first spotted by Jon Brookes of the Charlatans at an unsigned bands competition in the summer of 2007. They have gone on to further impress larger crowds, including an appearance at the recent Isle of Wight Festival.  The Metros Although Kerrang Radio have been organising live music events since they launched in 2005 to champion new music throughout the West Midlands, this will be the first time that KerrangFest has been included as part of ArtsFest.
