Loud and Proud with Rainbow Voices

Rainbow Voices, Birmingham’s lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered choir, presents a joint concert with their Edinburgh counterpart, the fabulous 'Loud and Proud'.

Loud and Proud

Loud and Proud

Saturday March 15th 2008 -  8pm at the Midlands Arts Centre

Established in 2005, Loud and Proud have already gained a reputation as an exciting member of both the gay and arts scenes in Edinburgh.

Like Rainbow Voices, Loud and Proud perform a repertoire of music as diverse as they are, including simple rounds, popular music, early American shape-note songs, traditional music, light classics, festive and seasonal songs, lesbian/gay anthems, and show tunes (of course!).

Rainbow Voices performance will include an extended ABBA medley, Billy Joel, Rodgers and Hart, and 'You’ll never Walk Alone'.

Appealing to mixed audiences of all tastes, Rainbow Voices promise an evening where both choirs will be singing out loud and proud. Tickets from the MAC on 0121 440 3838.
