On stage the day was named "Ozzy Osbourne Day" by the Lord Mayor. Ozzy thanked the crowd for coming and said that he is going to come back and visit his home town more often.

Even though the whole presentation only lasted a few minutes the atmosphere was electric. It seemed enough to satisfy the Ozzy hungry fans who are now on their way to see him perform at the NIA tonight.

After the presentation, the rock legend commented: "This means more to me than [Ozzy's favourite swear word] some Hollywood thing."
