It was, as BBC WM's Paul Franks put it, the "first chance for the Villa fans to officially welcome you."

aston villa are playing better then ever since martin o neil join as manger, david o leary was keep droping better players and that why we was loseing games,ever since carew and young& moloney came to villa i think that villa can play better if thet but there mind into it we have 3 hard games comeing up arsenal,liverpool,everton all at home if villa can book there ideas up we can win games, then loseing them
