Prior to that Mark worked as Sports Editor at Century Radio in the North West covering Manchester United, Liverpool, Manchester City and Everton amongst others. During his spell there he also travelled far and wide covering Champions Legaue and UEFA Cup games in Valencia, Graz, Brussells, Porto and Athens as well as a week in Tokyo with Manchester United as they became the first English Club to win the World Club Championship, beating Brazilian side Palmieras. He started his career in Leicester with the commercial station Leicester Sound and covered football, rugby and cricket before moving up to Manchester. To contact Mark Regan:
