JADE LAMBETH
MAZ GUANTLETT ,THANKS 4 A GR8 SEASON !

Jenni Foster
I think birmingham city have done really well this season considering they don't get any support from the men's club, and have had to survive on other sponsorship to get them through the season. Well Done Girls!! xx

jl

abi - blues u14's
well number 11 looks like blues proved u wrong. 7-0 hardly a close game was it. from where i was stood all villa did was try and kick the blues players 6ft in the air. maybe when villa get to the prem (which doesn't look like its gonna be anytime soon) then try and say villa r better than blues but until keep your opinions to yourself.

deanovill
i know i am a villa fan but one of a bluse lades player teaches at my schol so come on the bluse lades i hate sayin that

gary

blues ladies fan

Great team performance against Arsenal on Thursday. Vic Ackers was looking pretty relieved at the end. Although Blues didn't create loads of chances they really made Arsenal work all match and nearly came away with a point.Blustery weather, coach breakdown, delayed start and no warm up - a great performace. Despite the top names in the Arsenal line up, Bass was the best player on the pitch.

TOM
BLUES TO BE IN THE PREM NEXT YEAR UP THE BLUES

number 11
hope we draw blues in the next round of the county cup because they are in for shock just because there in the premdont mean there better than us come on VILLA

Please could you tell me whats happened to Maz Ballard? Bring Ballard back!!!

Nigel Poole
I just found out that Michael Moore has finished managing Blues Ladies. Along with Marcus Bignot, the two of them have probably been the most influential figures in midlands Womens football for a very long time. I have had the pleasure of watching both of them bring on a very young team from the early days when Marcus was at Crewe and when Michael was managing the under 14's. I am proud of Blues Ladies and my association with the club and more importantly I am proud of the way in which these two fine coaches turned Blues into a top Premiership Club that has held onto its top spot in the midlands and consolidated when all around thought they would fold. Good luck to Laura, she is a Very Good Coach and will do well. The first chance I get I will be back supporting the ladies in Royal Blue and White. Good luck to them all, and to Michael (and Marcus)I say thanks for the Great memories. Have a Fantastic Christmas Ladies.

claire
has amber got any idea about football. the top scorer scored 4 of her goals against lets face it poor opposition in fulham and solihull. at least maccas scorin in the games that really matter so ur comments arent justified in the sligtest. try again next time

JJ
I think that Laura Bassett is the best cebtre half in da league and hw da hell she isn't in the full england squad regularly, it's ridiculous. Bassett 4 ENGLAND!!

han
when it cums 2 villa blues there onli 1 team goin dwn n thts blues!!

pippa
wait till blues villa u r goin to get hammered

amber
she was unlucky but the squad was rong if u look at the top goal scorer chat the top goal scorer was on the bench

amber
she was unlucky to drew thts because you left the top goal scorer on the bench...

kirsty
its about time he left, the girls are last in his priority books enyway solihull comes first. fanks 4 nuffink

Tony
Hi. I started watching Blues last season, after Euro 2005. I was really looking forward to it - then the funding was pulled ... I found myself watching a team fighting for their survival. I started as an interested neutral - it took 2 games and I was a fan! In that difficult season, to keep their heads together and their spirits up was a magnificent achievement, and at the end of it all to finish where they did last season was just a fantastic effort by Mr Moore and his team! You only have to look at Fulham's struggles to see just how good it was. I hope they were all as proud of what they achieved as I was for them. Thanks Mooro! Onwards and upwards Laura ... Good luck everyone.

amber
i wud like to say mooro did a great job and its ashame to see him leave

charlotte Davies
I think ladies should play and there must be a birmingham city football club ladies and girls team.

Stu Foster
Although the Birmingham defence was leaky, last night (Doncaster had 3 shots on goal and scored twice!) poor refereeing decisions cost BCLFC this game against a mediocre Doncaster team.

No1 fan
very disapointed to see Amy McCann on the bench for the bristol game last week. How can you justify leaving your top goalscorer on the bench in such a vital game where you need to be picking up 3 points? Would have to agree with Becky L and question the management! anyone agree?? Thanx xxxx

kiera downes
i think there the best team in tha world and deserve to make it all yhe way to the premiership.

jamie
i think maz 4 england she is a great player

claire
really happy to see laura bassett back in the engalnd squad where she deserves to be. show them wat u can do!

Becky L
The management need to commit more to the team. How can you have a full time job, manage Solihull and the ladies... Come on!!!

amy
i think that it is a good thing that young girls can play football for birmingham city football club

J
I feel Laura basset will be a leader and step up this season as usual. She is my hero and hope to see the blues compete and do well this season.

lilly
I felt the captain Laura Basset had a terrific game!

Jaskirt
i forgot to mention in the bclfc vs blackburn match report, goal keeper Sue woods astonishing save at the end of the match, which meant blues won instead of drew. It was an instant reaction save, first class, and she deserves a lot of credit for atoning for the error in the first half and helping blues win against blackburn. Nice one Sue!

rich
3rd in the league! come on blues!

Ruth
i feel becky hall is such a promising young player who had a fine first game of the season against sunderland!

amy
great start to the season blues - keep it up!

Maimee Morris
Cummon you Blues! BCLFC are the best and put the men's team to shame! Congratulations for staying in the prem it's well deserved! 31-0 against brackley town - not bad is it!

james bukster
congrats to everyone at birmingham city ladies! you did yourselves proud and the club by not only staying up but finishing level 5th. truely deserved after some wonderful football this year

alan dabbs

Mark
Congratulations to the City Ladies on their County Cup truimph! Its well deserved after all they've endured this season. Good Luck to Laura Bassett and Karen Carney for England this weekend too!

Geoff
well done to the Birmingham Ladies for getting into the county cup final, its well deserved after such a hard season! I hope you go on to give the Baggies a good beating!

Stacie
I think the photos look fab! But perhaps a few more wouldn't do any harm! Good luck to the ladies against Arsenal this week, and what a great result vs Chelsea. Come on youu Blues!!

Emma
You need MORE pictures of then team n of the mangers n coaches ppl who really support them wont photoes to put up on walls and stuff, Team photos aswell

Todd Turkington
The ladies' team is currently struggling, but that is to be expected following a summer characterized by financial uncertainty and a fairly substantial exodus of players. I think the team has done exceedingly well considering the situation. I believe they will only improve as the season progresses and they put the turmoil of the summer behind them. They have a good core of talent and I am confident that the players and coaches will be able to turn their season around . I hope the team will receive the support they need in this effort. Cheers and the best of luck to the players, coaches and staff.
