I am, with the support of all political parties, today, launching an appeal for the victims and their families. I would ask all the people of Birmingham, irrespective of their race, creed or colour, to support this fund, by donating money to help alleviate some of the suffering in the area." How to donate All donations can be sent to the Lord Mayors Parlour, The Council House, Victoria Square, Birmingham B1 1BB. Cheques should be made payable to the Lord Mayors Charity.
