Put
your graphics skills to the test!
The
idea is simple:
1) Pop along to the Radio
Berkshire webcam.
2) Save an image to your desktop - on PCs, right-click on the image
and select 'save picture as'. On macs, just drag the image onto
your desktop.
3) Modify it and send your work as an attachment to berkshire.online@bbc.co.uk.
It would help us if you can provide a phone number.
4) Cross your digitally-enhanced fingers and hope...
Please
don't use any obviously copyright material - we can't put it on
the site. Anything dodgy will go straight into our personal
collection the bin.

| The
latest in Jeppo's series is called "Bright Idea".
It's a bit like Picasso's blue period - he assures us he's giving
it a rest after this! |
 |
| Ah,
very pretty. Not sure the equipment is waterproof, but never
mind. |
 |
| More
from Jeppo. I wonder if we could get some shirts made up like
this? |
 |
| This
rather wonderful image from the ever-prolific Jeppo has a poetic
feel to it. It's not all about the silly stuff for Jeppo, oh
no. |
 |
| "Fright
Night " from Jeppo. Either that or the diet's gone well. |
 |
| "Wet
'n' Wild" from Jeppo. Who's that driving? |
 |
| "Flu"
from Jeppo. Or should that be "flew"? |
 |
| "I
want that one!" says Jeppo. Ooh, what a kerfuffle. |
 |
| Oh.
We thought we'd turned the webcam off for the game of strip
poker but Jeppo caught us in the act. |
 |
| This
from Bill Pound. Is it wrong of us to keep staring at this picture? |
 |
| "I
Pity The Foo'" from Scaife in Maidenhead. Quit yo' jibba
jabba and drink yo' milk you crazy suckah! |
 |
| "Wanted,
Have You Seen Him?" from Scaife in Maidenhead. |
 |
| "Sunset"
from Jeppo. This reminds us of that bit from Terminator 2... |
 |
| "Independence
for Cookham and Billy as king!" says Liz. Don't think the
rest of us will put up too much argument... |
 |
| "Kevin's
mates" by Gunter Pibernik. This one harks back to an original
by Jeppo here. |
 |
| Well
ablessa my soul what's wrong with me? But no! This isn't a defacement,
this is the real deal! Elvis had entered the building to deliver
his weekly cakes to the Phil Kennedy show. |
 |
| "Predictions"
from Jeppo. It's like that song in Cabaret: "Tomorrow belongs
to me..." |
 |
| "Just
popping in to say hello" from Sheara Camacho. After the third
coffee of the day, we see stuff like this ALL the time. |
 |
| "See
if you can figure out what I did ... check the time and people..."
says young Sheara Camacho from Portugal. |
 |
| "An
alternative view" from new boy Andrew Pogson. Are the fish outside
watching the presenters or vice versa? |
 |
| "Manual
refresh" from Jeppo. Ooh, it works on so many levels. |
 |
| "Graveyard
shift", or is it just the new year diet showing? From Tim Milham. |
 |
| "Camera
shy " according to Jeppo. This is fantastic. |
 |
| "Go!
Go! Go!" says Jeppo. Radio Berkshire studio or Iranian Embassy?
You decide. |
 |
| "Office
romance " from Jeppo. Subtle one, this. We should point out
they can be sacked for this... |
 |
| "The
Berkshirenators" from Jeppo. Er, we're just off to cry in the
corner now. |
 |
| "The
office party" from Jeppo. It does actually look like this after
the first few bottles. |
 |
| "Think
big" says Jeppo. We definitely do! |
 |
| "Jax
looks PETRIFIED when Jim says he is going to turn on the studio
Christmas lights!!" From Les King. |
 |
| Another
from Jeppo. Man, that sucks. |
 |
| Ahem.
The less said about this, Davyd Brown, the better. |
 |
| Davyd
Brown again with some lovely balloon animals. |
 |
| The
first of a trio from Davyd Brown. These work experience people
just get younger and younger! |
 |
| Adam
Barber says, "I've been doing some research and I've had
a look into the FUTURE and seen that in the year 5697! Radio
Berkshire is Broadcasting live from underwater! Watch out for
Digital Sharks!". |
 |
| Jeppo
returns with this green offering. "It's a jungle out there..." |
 |
| Les
King gives us "Jim the engineer - or possibly in a compromising
situation?" |
 |
| "Beagle
- contact at last!" says Jeppo. |
 |
| Bob
Vipond sent in this image with a Shakespearean caption: "Tears
live in an onion". Top marks for poetic effect. |
 |
| "Mucky
cam" from Jeppo. We love this - even a webcam with a knackered
lens doesn't stop our hero! We're just wondering, who is that
devilishly attractive window cleaner? |
 |
| "Unleaded"
from Jeppo. Looks painful to us. |
 |
| "Nice
shirt !! Has this been modified?" asks Jeppo. Which reminds
us: sometimes life is stranger than art.... |
 |
| "Holding
On" from Jeppo. Jim is suffering a wind attack, which explains
the smelly studio. |
 |
| "Skeleton
Crew" from Jeppo. No wonder this person's feeling peckish
- get stuck into that croissant. |
 |
| "Shadows"
from Jeppo. No idea how this was done, but it's quite eerie. |
 |
| "National
Sprout Day" from Bob Vipond. These Viponds are getting
really busy! |
 |
| "Toy"
from Margaret Vipond again. This would make a lovely card. |
 |
| "Crimestoppers",
from one-man mirth machine Jeppo. "Merry Christmas to you
all". |
 |
| This
from Margaret Vipond. Ah, it makes us feel all Christmassy... |
 |
| Jeppo
has sent us 'sub contractor', though it looks like engineer
Martyn is displaying his usual cavalier attitude to studio maintenance |
 |
| BBC
Radio Berkshire - keeping you up to date with the latest traffic
news (courtesy of Jeppo) |
 |
| "Fancy
Dress " - we actually had a fancy dress party recently,
but the reality is far more unsettling |
 |
| "Short
Staff" - by none other than the person who started it all
off - three cheers for Jeppo. |
 |
| Another
effort from Sal Hatton. Even though we have nightmares about
creatures from the abyss grabbing us, this is quite pleasing. |
 |
| We
wonder what kind of beasts roam your dreams, Sam Murray! |
 |
| An
answer to the question, Where has all the gear gone? “Training
day after the studio refit” - Bob Vipond |
 |
| Dum-dum!
Dum-dum dah dah. Dumdumdumdumdumdumdahdah... Just when you thought
it was safe to go in the studio... |
 |
| Bob,
where's all the studio kit gone? |
 |
| So
that's why we found a huge egg in the studio... |
 |
| Bob
Vipond sent us this charming image of Tim "Raggers"
Dellor in space |
 |
| The
BBC's Howard Timberlake sent this in - now get back to work,
Howard! |
 |
| Wacky,
zany antics happen 24/7 at Radio Berkshire! No, really. |
 |
| Jim's
sofa guest on Anzac Day took us by surprise. |
 |
| Looks
like that Uri Geller's been in again. |
 |
| Even
the presenters are trying to get in on the act. |
|
