The
third breakdancing battle organised by Reading crew Children of
the Monkey Basket attracted dancers from as far as France.
Held
at Club 360 at the University of Reading, dancers were callede in
pairs to engage in a breakdancing battle, showing off their power
moves and dance styles to their opponent as well as the three judges
and the crowd.
Five
qualifiers will join three from a previous battle to compete against
American crews at a future breakdancing event.
The
winner of Saturday 12th June's battle was K from Foundationz Crew,
second came Timmy Tim Tim from Children of the Monkey Basket, third
was Ill Boogs from Sinstars, fourth came Sasha from Floor Crusaders
and finally, fifth came the female Firefly from Under Attack.
