The five-piece, whose music has been described as a "blend of smooth edged punk and pop produces music that is sweet, raw, joyous, melancholic, raucous and tender", are headlining a new club night in Reading called Revelry on Thursday November 20. This eagerly anticipated homecoming gig forms part of their full UK tour, with support from Tripwires and a set or two from Oakford Social Club regular DJ Olly. Pete and the Pirates' debut is called Little Death, of which track Mr Understanding is used in new Steve Coogan comedy Hamlet 2.
