Pink Floyd's Roger Waters and Nick Mason will not be appearing at a Winkfield pub this weekend.

The Management of the Pink Floyd legends have told BBC Radio Berkshire they will not be appearing at the pub despite earlier claims.

The landlord of the pub Tim Kirkwood has told us he is no longer promoting the event,  but is promoting the Grapevine Blues band who will be appearing at the Pub.

The PR company promoting the event has apologised for any misunderstanding this has caused.

Fans websites had been alive with buzz about the event, but the bands management are keen that fans do not travel a long way only to be disappointed.
