Face lift for Face Bar

The Face Bar in Reading, usually the hub of hard rock and metal nights, is undergoing a music revamp to include a wider range of genres starting from Friday 15 February.

Face Bar | Chatham Street | Reading | Before 10.30pm students £2 /non-students £3 | After 10.30pm students £3, non-students £4

The Face Bar has long since been the venue of choice for raging metal nights, but in an effort to attract a wider audience, you'll be able to hear something a little different there every Friday.

First of all there will be two rooms for suit different tastes - a main room and a blue room.

The opening night (Friday 15 February) will see DJ Kieron Moore spinning the best mix of ska, skate, hardcore, classic, pop-punk and emo-punk.

The schedule

1st Friday: INDIE

2nd Friday: METAL

3rd Friday: PUNK NIGHT

4th Friday: INDUSTRIAL /EBM/ BLEEP
