Wokingham Half Marathon 2007
Wokingham Half Marathon 2008
Last year 2350 runners took part in the Wokingham Half Marathon. If you're taking part, or if you're planning on supporting someone there, below is all the information you'll need.
10.02.08 | Cantley Park, off Twyford Road | 10am (runners should arrive by 9am)
Wokingham's Cantley Park will be abuzz with adrenalin on Sunday 10 February for the town's annual half marathon.

It's the 23rd half marathon in Wokingham and 2650 runners are expected to take part in what is known as one of the fastest half marathons in the UK.
There's a new course this year which eliminates a bottle neck that previously restricted the amount of runners that could take part.
This year the runners leave Cantley Park from the front entrance - avoiding the bottle neck - and returning back the same way for the finish.
This means that in future years the race can accommodate 3000-plus runners.
There are also new rules that runners should be aware of.
See a map of the new course and a list of the new rules here (this will open a PDF file):
And if you need any inspiration, Olympian and Commonwealth runner Liz Yelling has entered with a predicted time of 71 minutes.
Running this year: Liz Yelling
Husband Martin Yelling, himself a duathlon champion, said: "Liz likes to use the best domestic road running events to help her prepare for her key races.
"The Wokingham Half Marathon will help her in her build up towards this year's London Marathon.
"She hopes that the event will give her a good indication of where she is in her training and what work she still needs to do."
