Steve Coppell's Old Trafford return

Reading boss Steve Coppell remains a legend at his old club, Manchester United, and - as the Royals travel to Old Trafford for their last match in 2006 - Coppell looks back on his time with the Red Devils.

Steve Coppell was playing for Tranmere and studying at the University of Liverpool when Manchester United manager Tommy Docherty came knocking.

Coppell signed for the princely sum of £60 a week, making his debut as a substitute in the club's 4-0 win over Cardiff.
