Ed Vaughan and Daniel Scott are 'Edaz', and they're taking on the rest of the globe to become the champions - of mimed music video. It's an unlikely pursuit, but the duo have fought their way to the semi-finals of a worldwide competition with their "Baggy Trousers" entry. And the two fifteen-year-olds look likely to face a group from New Zealand in the final of "Google Idol" (not affiliated with the popular search engine). "There is no prize for winning. As far as we are concerned the prize is the self-satisfaction and being forever in their Hall of Fame. "We're both enormous fans of Madness - Dan has seen them in concert as a kid, I'm very jealous! "But the video took a while. We had to re-do a lot of scenes and it took a lot of trial and error." The Windsor duo have a healthy lead over a Dutch outfit performing the Rick Astley hit "Never Gonna Give You Up" in their semi-final. And, if they're successful in that, they look set to face a New Zealand entry featuring Leo Sayer's "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing". "We love the Dutch entry and the New Zealand entry too," says Ed, "but we would love to win the competition. "Many people say they love the way they can relate to us. For the last round we entered our video 'Wonderful World' which won by 20 votes, it was very close."
