General appeals findings

The General Appeals Panel is responsible for considering appeals to the Trust that relate to the BBC's general complaints procedure set out in the BBC Complaints Framework.

General complaints are those which are not covered by the tailored complaints procedures for editorial, fair trading, TV Licensing, Digital Switchover Help Scheme complaints or complaints about the Trust.
