Getting the best out of the BBC for licence fee payers
Do you use the BBC Red Button? If so the BBC Trust wants to hear from you
You have high expectations of the BBC - you trust it to make brilliant programmes; to maintain the highest standards of distinctive, independent broadcasting; to offer everyone something they will love; and to do things that others can’t or won’t attempt.
At the BBC Trust it’s our responsibility to get the best out of the BBC for licence fee payers. One of the ways we do this is by carrying out an in-depth review of each of the BBC’s services at least once every five years. We're currently reviewing the BBC Red Button, that's to say the interactive TV services accessed by pressing the "red" button or "text" button on your digital remote control.
So we want to hear from you. To give us your views click here.
The closing date is 18 December 2009.
We're also running a consultation on the BBC One, BBC Two and BBC Four, you can take part in that by clicking here.
If you would prefer to respond by email or post, please download our consultation document for individuals (below) and return it to us at the address below.
Our online survey is designed for the general public. If you are an organisation, please download our consultation document for organisations (below) and return it to the address below.
