January 2012
The Trust consulted on a proposed new policy for the allocation and timing of Party Political Broadcasts on the BBC. The consultation ran from 06 December 2011 to 20 January 2012 and the Trust will publish its conclusions later in 2012.
December 2011
The Trust published a revised draft policy on the syndication of BBC on-demand content in November 2011. A public consultationo on the revised policy closed on 21 December 2011. The Trust expects to publish its conclusions early in 2012.

August 2011
This consultation below ran from 15 August to 21 September 2011. We will review comments made and use these to provide further guidance to the BBC Executive on this service if necessary and to amend the final service licence which will be issued by the Trust prior to the service launch in July 2012.

February 2011
- Fair Trading policy review
The consultation on Fair Trading policy review ran from 08 December 2010 to 07 February 2011. We are now considering responses, alongside a range of other information, and will publish our conclusions in due course.
- On-demand syndication – provisional conclusions
The consultation on the Trust's provisional conclusions regarding on-demand syndication ran from 12 January to 09 February 2011. We are now considering responses, alongside a range of other information, and will publish our conclusions in due course.
January 2011
This consultation ran from 11 October 2010 to 12 January 2011. The Trust published its review, which looked at Radio Scotland, Radio nan Gaidheal, Radio Wales, Radio Cymru, and Radio Ulster/Foyle, on 20 September 2011.
December 2010
The Trust ran a consultation from 09 November 2010 until 07 December 2010 regarding the draft Referendum Guidelines and draft criteria regarding the allocation of Referendum Campaign Broadcasts developed by the BBC Executive. The Trust's decision was published on 16 December 2010.
September 2010
The BBC is required to operate the Window Of Creative Competition (WoCC) within which in-house and independent producers can compete. The Trust's second review of the WoCC included a public consultation which ran from 15 July to 06 September 2010. The Trust's report was published on 04 November 2010.
On 28 January 2011, the Trust published its review of the supply of online services to the BBC by the independent sector.
