Trust decision on the syndication of on-demand content
Following public consultation the Trust has adopted a policy on the syndication of BBC on-demand content.
What the Trust has decided
Following the conclusions of the Public Value Test on the BBC's proposed on-demand services, the Trust agreed to adopt and publish a policy on the future syndication of BBC on-demand content. Having taken account of the responses to the public consultation on the draft syndication policy the Trust has agreed to adopt the policy.

Following the outcome of the PVT on the BBC's on-demand services the BBC Trust agreed to publish a policy on the syndication of BBC on-demand content to third parties.
Purpose of the consultation
The purpose of this public consultation is for the Trust to receive feedback on the policy and whether the proposed principles and process are appropriate for the syndication of on-demand content. The draft policy can be accessed below.
