Trust work plan

Each year we publish a work plan for the year ahead. This gives everyone inside and outside the BBC some certainty about our priorities. It doesn't mean we can't or won't respond swiftly to unexpected events. But it does mean, for example, that anyone interested can find out ahead of time when our major public consultations are going to happen and plan to take part.
