How to appeal
If you are unhappy with your response from the BBC Executive you can appeal to the Trust. You can find how to appeal in the Trust's general complaints procedure.

Appeals considered by the Trust
The Trust's General Appeals Panel is responsible for considering appeals to the Trust that relate to the BBC's general complaints procedure set out in the BBC Complaints Framework.
