The BBC Three listings show the programmes for the coming week, while we'll give you sneaky previews on the site looking at what's in production.

If you're outside the UK you won't be able to watch any of the video on bbc.co.uk/bbcthree for rights reasons.
To watch video clips on bbc.co.uk/bbcthree you'll need a Shockwave or Flash player plug-in installed.

The new-look TV Listings is currently in Beta - many thanks for all of your feedback so far. You may be having problems viewing it because you've got an older version of Flash installed on your computer. You'll need to download the latest version - that should solve any problems. You might prefer to see the HTML versions of our Homepage and TV Listings pages instead.

We're currently working on a number of upgrades and improvements to the site, including the option to embed video clips in your own sites.

Although we'd be happy to be able to answer all your questions about BBC Three programmes, answering so many queries would cost us a lot of time and money (both of which we'd prefer to spend on our programmes) so we ask you to try to find the answer yourself before sending us an email.

The best place to start is with the programme's webpage, if it has one. Use the BBC Three programmes list to find these.

There may also be information about the programme elsewhere on the web. We'd suggest using a search engine to try and find other websites featuring information about the programme.

Alternatively, you may like to ask other BBC viewers at the Points of View messageboard, or other web forums. Often, other BBC Three viewers seem to know more about the programmes than we do - for example, they may be able to instantly identify a piece of music or a location which would take us several days to track down.

Unfortunately we can't provide DVDs or VHS tapes of BBC Three shows for copyright reasons. Transcripts of our programmes aren't normally available either. The About the BBC website has information on how to get commercially available programmes on DVD or video.
