Don't worry, you probably just need to get a Shockwave or Flash player plug-in installed.
If you're outside the UK though, I'm afraid you won't be able to watch any of the videos on bbc.co.uk/bbcthree for rights reasons.

That's easy, take a look at our schedule page and you can see what programmes will be on BBC Three in the next seven days.
- I missed a programme, can I watch it online?

Yes don't panic! Lucky for you the fabulous iPlayer means that you can watch most BBC Three programmes online for 7 days after they are first shown on telly. And some programmes are available for even longer.
- Why can't I watch Family Guy on iPlayer?

Good question and I wish we could. But due to some very complicated issues to do with rights and American lawyers we're not allowed to. But hey, look on the bright side, it's on every day anyway so you'll just have to stay up late and catch it on TV.
- How can I be in one of your programmes?

So you wanna be famous eh? Well we might just be able to get you on the telly. We're often looking for people to take part in our programmes. Just make your way over to the BBC Be on a show website. Form an orderly queue now.
- How can I get tickets to be in the audience of one of your shows?

Sometimes if you're very lucky you can get your hands on tickets for our studio recordings and live shows. You can find more details at the Be in the audience site.
- Can I get a DVD copy of a BBC Three programme?

If you've missed a show that was on recently, the chances are you can find it on iPlayer. Unfortunately we can't provide DVDs of BBC Three shows for copyright reasons.
