Be on TV is all about getting your face on the telly. There's no catch. Just read the rules, make your video and upload it to the site.

Introduce a show

Go on, show us your star potential! We'd love to see you introduce any of BBC Three's programmes, but we'd be extra keen to see a 15 second clip of you introducing:

• Freaky Eaters
• Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps

• Being Human

When was the last time you tried something new?

Have you seen BBC Three's new trail, with some of our famous faces proving that they're never afraid to try something new for us? Tell us - or show us - the times you've done something new (provided it's not dangerous or illegal, that is!).

Providing your video doesn't break the rules, it should appear in the Be on TV gallery. A selection of the videos will make it onto the telly...

Be passionate. Be funny. But most of all, be entertaining!

Rules

If you feel like introducing a show, your video should be no longer than 15 seconds. If you want to share your views, make sure your video is 45 seconds or less.

Videos can be a maximum of 10 MB and we can accept the following formats: avi, wmv, 3GP, MPEG, asf, mov, wav & mp4.

• Be as imaginative, creative or funny as you possibly can.
• Don't swear.
• Make sure all participants in any video you submit are 16 and over and give their consent to be featured.
• Flashing us your bits isn't big or clever. Don't get naked.
• Don't use music unless you've made it yourself and you want us to use it.
• Don't include any video you've taken from a film, TV show or DVD.
• Don't use pictures you've nicked off the internet.
• Do make sure that whatever you send in is suitable for broadcast on this website or on telly.

Now that you've read the rules and made your video, all you've got to do is send it in. You've got two options:

Upload via the web

• First off, you'll need to be a bbc.co.uk member. It's easy to register, and once you're a member you'll also be able to get access to loads of other bbc.co.uk online community services. You can sign in at the top of this page.
• Once you've signed up, fill in the upload form.
• Make sure you've read the BBC Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Here's a useful page with answers to frequently asked questions about UGC terms.

Upload via your mobile

• Once you've signed up as a bbc.co.uk member, you can send in a video from your mobile. Text your video to 60011 and add 'beontv' in the subject field. Don't forget to include your bbc.co.uk username, location and tell us what programme you're introducing or topic you're talking about in the main body of the message.
• Sending video messages from your mobile to the BBC can cost up to 60p, depending on your network. Contact your phone operator for more details.
• Also, do make sure you read the BBC Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before sending us your video. Here's a useful page with answers to frequently asked questions about UGC terms.
