Intro - Sculpture-Rich Birmingham

This walk will take you through Birmingham's vibrant and rejuvenated city centre, via daring futuristic architecture, Anthony Gormley's Iron: Man, a sculpture-copying machine and Picasso's famous sculpture The Young Man.

Please note that all art works are sometimes loaned out for exhibitions and are occasionally moved between gallery collections. This is where the art works resided at the time of writing but if you want to double check that a specific art work will be there when you undertake your walk then phone ahead to the Museums and institutions involved. You'll find links on each of the pages. You may also discover interesting exhibitions, or more of our Modern Masters' art works appearing in these cities over the coming years.
