Special Advisor to Hugh Abbot, DOSAC
Young, idealistic and full of ideas, Ollie thinks he's running the country. Given that he comes up with much of the policy at the Department of Social Affairs and Citizenship, maybe he really is running the country. He used to go out with journalist Angela Heaney, which was useful for planting stories in the press. Everyone knows Ollie's now going out with Emma Messinger, who works for the opposition.
