Number 10's fixer-in-chief and enforcer extraordinaire. There was a time when no-one dared even breathe without Malcolm's say-so. But the PM's days are numbered (if you listen to the idle chat, against Malcolm's advice obviously) and the time of the 'Nutters' is fast approaching. They're very sure of getting the Chief Nutter Tom Davis the PM's job when the time comes and they are starting to make life tricky for Malcolm.
