A one-off tribute concert filmed especially for BBC Four at the Barbican in London
Artists who love Bob Dylan's work perform pieces from his songbook, alongside songs of their own that underline their ties with Dylan. See the full line-up here.
The concert coincides with the 40th anniversary of the release of Highway 61 Revisited, and features Billy Bragg (When the Ship Comes In), Martin Carthy (I Dreamed I Saw St Augustine), Robyn Hitchcock (Visions of Johanna), Willy Mason (Only a Pawn in their Game), Odetta (Mr Tambourine Man), Liam Clancy (Restless Farewell), Barb Jungr (Like a Rolling Stone), Roy Harper (Girl from the North Country) and KT Tunstall (Tangled Up In Blue).
The repertoire particularly emphasises the folk ballads and protest songs that feature heavily in Part 1 of Martin Scorsese's Arena documentary, No Direction Home: Bob Dylan, and the performances are interspersed with readings from Chronicles, the first volume of Dylan's autobiography.
