There are lots of films about Andy Warhol, but Pie in the Sky is about other things too. Brigid Berlin was born into a rich Wasp family. Her parents wanted her to be slender, and to behave well. She turned out to do neither of things - instead she hung out at the Factory and put on weight.
In her touching and hilarious autobiography, she talks about the past, but she tells you how difficult it is to lose weight too. Altogether a charming and funny film.
